Price for insurance seems a bit high when compared to to other companys. I had been a customer for 14 years and notice my rates just kept going up every year. As for contacting them, if they say they are going to call you back...don't expect that as I had waited 2 weeks before I took action. As for why my rates kept going up is still unclear. I figured 14 years as a customer no claims of any type that my rate would stay somewhat the same or go down. I ended up moving to a different company with the same coverage for 1/3 less. That is hundreds of dollars saved. I normally like to be positive and spread good word and promote companys that i feel do a good or even great job. You know the wow factor. Unfortunately for the Kingman branch I am unable to do that. I would strongly recommend shopping around.
