I made sure to get there by 6:30 am the line was not long, check in was quick & the staff was all very kind, knowledgeable & the facility was clean. Both my male dogs were being neutered & the staff was very good with them. Pick up was easy, quick & informative. The staff was still very kind after a long day of lots of pets/owners. Pricing was definitely affordable considering what was done. I definitely recommend this facility.

Team there is very helpful and informative. The low-cost shots are very reasonable and offer a lot of other offers at a lower rate. They are very good with the animals. They offer an all day low cost shots on fridays, making it helpful for people who can't get in early. Lines move reasonably fast as well.

Loved this place for getting my dog shots. Very affordable and the staff is very nice! On Fridays it's first come first serve.. So you sign in and wait. We waited approximately 2 hours for shots. They text you when your appointment is ready so you can wait in your car or drive back to the clinic if you're really close. They see dogs and cats. They do spay and neuter upon appointments. Great place!

Please read this before you make an appointment. I say that because most of the people including myself who showed up to have our pet spayed or neutered, had no idea what to expect. Keep in mind that they do offer some other services such as microchipping and these are also the best prices I could find in our area. We all love our pets very much, but I find it ridiculous that every visit to the vet cost $400 or more, than this is your place! If you want the spa like North Scottsdale experience, this isn’t the place for you. That being said, the low cost does not mean that you are not going to get great care for your pet. I was extremely pleased with the care my dog received and now six days after his procedure he is doing great! Some helpful advice, First of all show up early so you do not have to wait for a long time to have the initial check with your pet completed upon arrival. The doors open at 6:45 AM and from what I have learned, if you show up by 7 AM there shouldn’t be too many people in line in front of you. Upon your initial check in they will take down your phone number and send you a text to tell you they are ready to see you and your pet for the initial exam. I arrived at 6:50 AM and I went through and completed the initial exam and left my dog with the clinic at 7:30 AM but if you show up later you could end up waiting a couple of hours to be seen. Also, it can be kind of chaotic in the waiting area as there are many dogs and cats waiting to be seen. I suggest that once you check in take your pet outside with you, back to your car or for a walk in front of the stores because they will text you when they’re ready to have your pet examined and that way your pet will not be stressed out waiting in the lobby area. Once you leave your pet, they will then ask you to come back between 5 and 6 PM to pick up your pet. It’s best to show up closer to 5 PM so you do not have to wait behind a bunch of other people picking up their pets also, you must pick your dog up by 6pm! My dog is doing great. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Also, it’s important to note that the recovery (at least for dogs) is about 14 days where they want your pet to have very little activity so please keep that in mind as well. Update- it’s now been the required 14 days of very little activity, and I was amazed at how fast and how well he has healed. For me, it was really hard not to start taking him for walks and doing Physical activities with him because he seemed completely recovered but after researching online, most professionals do agree with 14 days of very little activity so that’s what I did. I will be referring friends or family that need this service.

They got the job done! It is very admirable to provide such an essential service to the community at an affordable price. Additionally, the administrative staff was very kind and helpful. That being said, the vet is a bit rude, and while I had no problem interactions other than her just being a bit curt, while waiting for my turn, I witnessed an almost screaming match between people and the vet. It is a very high stress environment, especially near the end when the cut off time came, so I do understand her frustrations. So make sure to treat the staff with kindness because they’re trying their best! Only concern to keep in mind is my cat and carrier were drenched in pee and smelled atrocious, and I was unable to wash him after the surgery per instructions. While I used baby wipes to help clean him up, it only helps so much. Another important thing to note is you will drop off your pet and they will call you to come pick it up. My cat was not ready until minutes until their closing time, so don’t worry about the wait. One last note, getting a female animal fixed has a longer wait period. For females, it’s a few weeks to get an appointment and my male cat was seen 2 days after I called. Hard-plastic pet carrier are needed for cats. All in all, huge thanks to the wonderful staff for helping make the world a better place!

The experience here was amazing. My dog is crazy and the staff was more then accommodating. It did take 2 1/2 months to get an appt. So that was kinda crazy but it was fine. I would definitely take another pet there if I needed to.

Prices are affordable, people who work there are polite, this is my go to place for vaccinations and fixing. They don’t charge you for the appointment like other vets do. Just the services they give, great place! You can trust they take care of your fur babies! I am a continuous customer!

I love this place! I just had my first experience with my puppy Molly about a week ago. She went in to be spay and everyone there was so nice! They made her feel comfortable and relaxed. I was also able to get her microchipped and her shots too. I love how they educated me on things like Molly's aftercare and her shots too because I had no idea about those things. They even came out and said goodbye to her when I came to pick her up! She is healing fantastically and is doing so great. I will be recommending this place to everyone! And I will definitely be coming back for her booster shots in three weeks! Thank you all so much!!❤❤

This team is great! It requires up to a few hours of waiting in the morning when you bring them in, so I recommend you get there within the earliest window. Overall they handled the TNR cats I brought in with respect and good care.

All of them recovered and healed up well post surgery.

Dr Harmon and her amazing team are the absolute best. They truly care about every single animal they see and it shows.

When it comes to affordable veterinary care for your dog (or cat) you simply won’t find better prices in town!

I wanted to share my experience with the spay and neuter clinic in glendale! They are inexpensive first. My Leia was $189 for spay, chip, and pain meds. (My vet quoted me about $600)
It was very well organized.
About an hour at drop off and another hour at pick up but they took great care of my girl!
When I picked her up of course she was a little loopy. By 8 am the next day she was back to her normal self. She really doesn't even need the pain meds but I gave them to her to make sure she was not miserable.
For an inexpensive clinic I really was nervous but I think they did great!

I brought my son’s cat to get neutered last June, 2023. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the cat came through the procedure with no problems. When I got my pup, Bella, this year and needed to get her spayed, the first place I thought of was this clinic, and I am not disappointed!! Again, extremely friendly and thoughtful staff, and Bella is doing fantastic!

Came to this location to get my trio of cats neutered and fully vaccinated, and I was tight on money, so this clinic was a huge help for being on a budget!!!
Prices start and range in the double digits, which is awesome, but do plan to pay in the triples . Vaccines are first come, first serve when they open doors (and it may be a bit of a wait), and any other procedures (ex: neutering/spaying) are by appointment only. They accept a certain amount of ferals too (PLEASE read their website for more necessary details), which is amazing for anybody who's also looking to find professional care for any feral cats! 💕
All of my cats were cared for very well, and I would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who's working with a lower budget like I was, and looking to find proper and kind care for their pooch/kitten. Dr. Harmond and Dr. Bernard were both very kind, patient, and wonderful human beings who I would entrust my pets to again, and I will be returning for all of my cat's annual vaccine appointments! 🙌🩷

Great experience! For surgery patients get there before 6:45am. I got there at 6am and there was already a lady waiting, so be there a extra early. They treated my cat so well. Went in for my cat to get neutered, rabies shot and an e-collar. Ended up paying $96, not bad. The staff there are really nice.

So far, I have taken two cats to this location. One was Fernando a stray that my neighbor took in; and I helped my neighbor, with getting him neutered. The other was Munchkin, a stray that lingered around my house; I took her in to get spayed. Being a former vet tech assistant and having a previous working occupation of being a dental assistant. I can say the work ethics and this practice is outstanding. First of all, I see the (owner, doctor, or whomever is responding to the reviews) display professionalism and directness. I appreciate how they do not tolerate verbal abuse from customers. This is something within a business I will support! So many clients act extremely entitled and verbally abuse technicians. From my previous professions I have, had patients, verbally abuse me and the doctors never stood up for me. I saw how this practices use the terminology as ‘verbal abuse’ and does not tolerate it. KUDOS!!! I had to praise that! I hope the doctors provide respect and care for their staff and never verbally abuse them. (Unfortunately, I did have doctors verbally abuse me. So I hope it is not happening behind closed doors.) The lobby is clean, open and is well set up to help spread clients out so they are not in close contact of others. The prices are great! I have worked in vet offices that charge thousands of dollars for these services. The process is you do have to be available for the day. I always take time off from work so I am available for the entire day. So yes, take time off from work. It’s part of having a pet and being responsible. You will have days you will need to take time off to care for your pet. You do need to call to request an appointment. It is first come, first serve. You can always read on their website the process. Ask questions if it’s your first time going through this process. Before signing read what you are signing ask questions if you don’t understand. Take home all paper work given! After care instructions, invoices, etc. This facility is cutting back on prices to help families within its community to save and to keep pets healthy. You have to understand the process is fair due to how much they are not charging. The staff is friendly and I have not had any issues with this practice. Fernando fully recovered with no issues. Munchkin is recovering very well. I will continue to bring my pets and I have encouraged fellow family members to look into this clinic. Thank you Anne, HollyLynn, Dr. Bernard, and the techs that have provide great service and continue to operate with love, care, and professionalism! Please continue to serve those who are honorable clients and maintain a safe and happy work environment for your staff!
(Photos: Munchkin two days after surgery. E. Collar was purchased from corporate pets store. I took it in and Anne sized it up and instructed me on how to adjust. Fernando on pumpkin after full recovery.)

This place treated my sweet Riley like gold! He hated the collar but it was necessary after his procedure. The kindness for my pet was appreciated. Thank you! The photos are after his procedure and now, happy at home 💚

Great inexpensive place to get pets neutered, shots and surgeries. I was surprised to find out all of their services, I like the waiting system better than the human society, but you do have to wait about a month for appointments so only things that can wait I guess. But it was a really good price I can actually afford to neuter all my pets!

Signed up for a 6 month waitlist to get my puppy spayed and it was worth the wait. As you may have guessed, it’s affordable which might indicate why the waitlist exists.
My fear was whether or not I was going to receive good care and/or service for by beloved baby girl. To my delight; I was promptly greeted by an upbeat, friendly front desk agent named Stephanie S. As long as the line was and as many people as she sees, she effortlessly gives a soft smile and happy demeanor to everyone. While waiting to be called, I noticed a gentleman feeling puzzled and needed assistance in another language. A tech named Alexis came to his aid and was able to help him. I appreciate multilingual staff members so much. It was great to see the sense of community in the waiting room. I had a positive experience and my puppy is doing very well. At the end of the day, the evening staff let me know how much they loved Kiki, my girl, and nominated her to be Pet of The Day on their Facebook page. How cute! 10, 10, 10! Tens across the board!
