Real nice folks. How nice, do you ask? I could easily pay online but I visit once every six months just to say hi. I always walk out feeling better about myself than when I walked in. In the kind of world in which we find ourselves, that ain't bad.

I've been with Insurance Savers for several years, and I am very happy with their services. Enrique "Ricky" has been a very hard worker at helping me with my many changes and questions regarding my policy!! I cannot say enough about Ricky, he is the best at what he does, very professional, has excellent customer service, very helpful in all my challenges as a client, and he's very attentive to all my needs as a customer. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them!!!

I experienced the Best customer service ever! I contacted Progressive to obtain a current Insurance I.D. Card, little did I know that I would be speaking to the most professional and friendly representative Ricky! He took it upon himself to go the extra mile by asking me thorough questions that would benefit me as a Progressive customer. He truly looked out for my best interest by taking full ownership of the company that he works for in ensuring I was getting the Best that the Progressive had to offer to me! Ricky is so awesome!! After my rates went up, he helped me find something closer to my budget and I felt like I did almost nothing. So easy. Even after everything was said and done, he still made sure I received all the documents and paperwork needed. He even made sure my ID cards were in the way. Thank you Ricky for making this seamless.
