The staff is super nice and easy to work with. They answered all the questions I had, didn’t rush me to make a decision and gave me a great deal.

Israel was my salesman and he did a great job being the middle man between myself and the supervisor.

Isaac was VERY accommodating! He squeezed me in at the end of the day when I called in a panic because my car was acting up and arranged for a Lyft ride home. Then because he knew I had a doctors appointment the next day, he called me first thing in the morning and saw to it that my car was taken care of in time and had Lyft bring me back to pick up my car so I didn’t have to cancel my appointment. He was so very kind and well mannered. I was very pleased with the service I received!

Car is always done on time. They keep me informed on the status while it’s at the dealership. Josue does a great job!!

I've always gotten great service at Alexander Buick. The guys in the service office are always super nice, funny. I've never gotten any pressure to do more than I asked. They look for possible future issues and advise me of them to keep in mind. I drop off my car, an Uber or Lyft appears on Buick's dime and one comes to pick me up. What more can you want? Chocolate?

This time I stayed in the waiting area and liked being there because you had coffee,water etc.. and a TV which made it feel like I was home. Just one thing,there was a lot of glare,maybe put a shade on front window so it’s really clear

Alexander has the feel of a locally owned small business. No high-pressure sales people. The staff knows its business and willingly shares information to help you through the purchase process. This was definitely a unique car buying experience for me. This was an experience that I actually enjoyed and will look forward to again at some point.

Quick and friendly. Easy to book online. The total charge always seems to be less than the original quote which is a welcome change from other mechanics I’ve dealt with.

I worked with Jacob, Moises and Peter. All of them were a pleasure to do with business with and worked hard to get me into a great vehicle even after another salesman sold the truck I wanted to someone else who walked in as I was coming back from my test drive (the only negative to my experience, especially when that salesman knew Jacob was trying to sell that vehicle to me, a fellow veteran). In the end I drove away happy in a brand new 2023 Sierra with a pretty good payment even though I was purchasing a vehicle 14k dollars more than the one I came to look at.

Jacob Avila should be running classes on customer service, salesmanship and overall how to make buying a car a pleasure and not a burden.
