Lost my car key at the airport. I called around to all the nearby locksmiths and dealers but this shop had the best value by far. Didn't even have to get the car towed. He showed up to the airport and cut a new key there. Very cool guy and has lots of experience (15+ years) as a locksmith. You won't go wrong with him.

I had a difficult time finding a key fob for my truck. I wish I had called Key Pros sooner. Adam is professional, kind and efficient. I would recommend to anyone and will call him first next time.

My ignition failed at my child’s school, and Key Pros drove to my location to assess the issue rather quickly. My fob was in terrible condition and I needed a new ignition build. I was concerned because my car is an older model, and thought they might not be able to help me… at least not right away. Key pros programmed a new fob and also repaired my ignition at a fair price (I called around to a few other places and the up-charge was significant), with all work guaranteed! I am so happy with their service that I have been recommending them to my family and friends!!

Giving 5 stars for their courteous customer service. I visited their old location on San Mateo but they are no longer there. I called and was informed they are mobile service now and nicely referred me to a local shop to get copies of my pad lock key. Thank you so much. I will definitely give them a call if I need house or car key help.

Adam is a consummate professional. Excellent price to cut two laser keys and program two new fobs. He was out within twenty four hours of me calling him. Much quicker and more reasonable than the dealership.

Had the best experience today with the service. He came to help very quickly as I lost my car key. The price was affordable and he was able to work with me to be able to get the best possible price without breaking my account as I am a college student who has minimal funds. Got my key less than an hour! Will be sticking with this service for life. 👋

Incredibly cool owner helped my boyfriend and I get a replacement key fob for my Subaru Impreza. Super informative and kind and really went out of his way to get us what we needed despite setbacks out of his control. Gave use seats and had everything done by hand. Will definitely come back if I need a new copy!

Awesome job! I recently had my car ignition lock completely on me. I called around everyone pretty much blew me off said I had to take it to the dealership and have a new ignition place. I decided to call one more place before the dealership I am so thankful I did, Adam said he would try making a new key and if it didn't work then to have the dealership take a look. So he came down made a new key and the ignition unlocked the car started ! This just shows that they are willing to try and help in any situation.

When I first called i was quoted between 3 pm or 4 pm. Given the situation i was in, he made time to come asap and ended up helping me at around 10 a.m. with that being said this company is not only fair but actually cares for their customers. The price beat all competitors by for and i mean by atleast 100 which was an extreme help given the situation as well. Five star customer service! Thanks once again for saving my a$$!! HIGHLY recommend to everyone and anyone.

Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time anywhere else!! The gentleman was extremely friendly, personable, and went above and beyond. To top it all of he was quicker and offered a lower price than any other smith I received a quote from.

We lost our keys in the grocery store and were in a jam… They were the only set of keys to the car. We called a ton of different places to get quotes and Key Pros was by far the most reasonable and they could come out within 20 minutes. Everywhere else said we'd have to tow our car to their shop. Adam was kind and friendly and really saved the day! I also liked that he checked my ID and car insurance to ensure that I was the owner of the car. Thanks Key Pros!

A doorknob at my business was jammed and could not be unlocked or disassembled. As you can imagine, this is a big safety hazard and I wanted it resolved quickly. I was told by more than one shop that they couldn't promise when a service person would be available, and the costs were a bit high for an "emergency" trip. I called Key Pros and they promised to arrive at a certain time that day. Adam not only arrived on time, but he had the old knob off and the new one on in no time at all. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and fast. He charged a travel fee and a very small time fee. All in all, this was resolved as quickly and affordably as it could have been.

I had shopped around for a chipped key for my Ford explorer and these guys had the best price in the Albuquerque area, the service I received upon my arrival was nothing next to stellar ! They are fast and professional, I will continue to use them for my locksmith needs. Thanks.

I had a lock-out today :-/ Key Pros were professional and able to help and cheaper than most in under 10 minutes! Granted I was a few blocks away - still great service and will use again!

You can tell this is a very good business just by the way the phones answered has 24hr service the owner of the business actually answers the phone they have a mobile biz so not always at shop but of you call can give you a time they can meet you and very timely when they set up time to meet they do basic keys to hard to find remotes for your automobile and very fair in the pricing can't find anyone with there pricing and great customer service and info on your needs the name well fits them for the experience I've (as little as it is) had with professionally run lock smiths would recommend them to anyone it's the kind of service I remember getting in the mom and pops stores back in the day keep up the great work!
