IHOP

A most impressive operation. Seated, ordered, and food in 25 minutes. With a line forming. Kitchen was dancing effortlessly. No visual concerns about meal preparation. Excellent.

I took my granddaughters for breakfast we were greeted very pleasantly with a smile. Our food came very quickly ! All of the staff are very hard-working and pleasant. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant and very clean we had a great time ! Also a very large amount of customers came in the crowd of people were very kind and pleasant and quiet and they number of about 30 of them the staff jumped into action. Made them all feel very welcome and comfortable immediately! Outstanding restaurant I suggest you visit !

The waiter was extremely professional, helpful and competent, just wish I could remember his name. I believe we were there the 15th of September. This cocoa was unbelievably amazing. I'd go back just for the good service and good experience.

Got breakfast sampler to go. All meat, eggs and hash were cooked perfectly. Props to the cook. Lunch break no time for problems. Thank you.

I have to say it's hit or miss with the service. But the food is always great. As the coffee.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, seating arrangements offered privacy where most restaurants do not account for this. Lighting was perfect, the waiter quick to fill our cups of coffee. Very delightful experience!!

iHop as always is a quick pit stop to satisfy your tummy. 😊 They never let you down.

Limited places today to eat. We ate dinner here. I had breakfast and it was good. The poor waitress was all alone and we gave her a big tip. She was very nice

Went for breakfast and what a big difference. The breakfast was very good. Made some nice changes and prices a little higher but worth it

They have the best pancakes which is what I was after when I came to this location. The only reason I’d give this 4.5 stars if I could because it took a couple minutes for a waitress to seat me or even acknowledge that I was waiting patiently to be seated and then my waitress. I had noticed at least 3 waiters saw me but never approached me before a waitress finally helped me. I get that it does get busy, but they should really inform the guests waiting to be seated that it will be a moment before they can be helped.

Was a second resort as we had a large party and the smaller, local places could not meet our needs.
Very friendly staff and we were all happy with our food and service.

Great place. Wonderful atmosphere. And the food is fantastic. Highly recommended. On route 132 in Hyannis across from the Cape Cod Mall. In the former Kmart plaza.

Service was great. Food was good.
The restaurant itself is a little rundown but the shopping center it's in is clearly going out so I can't blame them for not investing in the infrastructure

I visited IHOP with my 11 year old daughter on a Daddy Daughter Date and we loved it. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms were clean. Our food was served promptly and hot. The coffee was delivered in a carafe, so no waiting on refills. Our server was very competent and friendly. The menu was easy to read and has lots of options. And the food was great. The prices were very reasonable, in fact quite affordable. Parking was abundant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Excellent! We were seated immediately, even though the place was really crowded. Waiter (Theo) was right there. We ordered coffee. When he came back, we weren't ready to order yet. (This is the point where several servers would have attempted sticking a fork in your eye) He was very pleasant and assured us there was no rush, and would be back, even though he was crazy busy. We ordered, the order came quickly, and was hot and as ordered. WHAT? I wish I could have left a $2020. tip, but a consult with my accountant (who happened to be with me) said it wasn't in the budget.

The sirloin tips and eggs are the best! I always get it when I go to IHOP and it is always delicious and perfect!

As I get older I can't eat "all I can eat" anymore. Portions at most restaurants are too big and leftovers aren't always practical for a business traveller like me. The 55+ menu offerings are great. I like variety and got it with the sampler breakfast of 3 kinds of breakfast meat, one egg, a generous serving of hash browns, and a single pancake. It was delicious: a nice start to my day and I didn't feel like I needed to be wheeled out when I was finished. The service was great. It was nice being able to (safely) dine in during the current Covid-19 pandemic. I'm sure I'll be back.

Waiter greeted us upon arrival and was pleasant and accommodating. My friend had dental surgery recently. He was patient and helpful with menu selection. Food was cooked exactly as ordered. Restaurant was clean and service prompt including following COVID 19 guidelines.
