Maloney plumbing is awesome. Our plumbers were so informative, courteous, and they did great work. Adrian kept us in the loop step by step and explained the process as he worked. His professionalism showed with his interactions and work. Our reroute was done beautifully and we had hot water again the same day!

Loved this company. They returned my call quickly, and set up my appointment the next business day I was available. My technician was Lupe Hernandez, he had on a matching hat and shirt with the company name on it. Very pleasant and friendly. After I told him my issue he went to work immediately checking out what the problem could be. He located it in less then an hour. Explained the situation, the cost. Lupe made some calls and was able to get the new water softener system that same day and replaced it. He knew his job and was very professional and like a dog with a bone to pin down the problem. Frank E was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, personable, great communicator, and completed the job in a timely manner. Frank evaluated my issue (backup tub) and provided a quote so no surprises on price.. He wasn’t messy and respectful of my home. The explanation of what he found was easy to understand. So glad he could come the same day as I only have one bathroom. I would use Maloney Plumbing again and ask if Frank was available. Adrian, at Maloney Plumbing, was 110% upfront and extremely knowledgeable about ALL of the plumbing I had THOUGHT was working when I bought my home in Ahwatukee. The previous owners did NOT tell us how things, like a Home Salt Softener worked, or how to check for maintenance of that system and the kitchen RO system. Adrian came in and inspected those systems as well as the Hot Water Heater. All systems needed maintenance and new replacement parts, which were provided for On the Spot! I am thrilled with Maloney Plumbing and their fabulous employee, Adrian! I know I will be using Maloney Plumbing for future plumbing needs, exclusively!

The problem is that none of us who are non-plumbers can appreciate the quality of the work of those we hire to do our plumbing repairs and installations.

I had a very unique need that is to hook up a gas heater. The local gas company won't do it, only gas grills.

Yet Maloney Plumbing was willing to take on the project, which included a special order for connections, etc.
They got it done.

The story didn't end there. When I went to use it, I forgot the instructions, so I emailed the company over the weekend and ended up with a Monday appointment.
It took the technician all of one minute to tell me what I was doing wrong, and he didn't even laugh!

I wanted to pay for the service, but they wouldn't let me, even though I made an inexcusable mistake.

As far as I'm concerned, if you need plumbing, you can't do better than hire them.

We had a great experience with Maloney Plumbing. Woke up to a leaking toilet base the morning our out of town company was scheduled to arrive and this was their bathroom. The staff was friendly and supportive on the phone. Tom arrived as scheduled, and quickly and quietly restored the seat/seal and we were back in "business". On a Saturday no less. We've got a plumbing service for our new home...yea!

My experience was outstanding. Adrian was professional, knowledgeable and engaging. He is a star employee who is a real asset to Maloney plumbing. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Having moved into a new house last year we did not have a go to plumber and finding Maloney Plumbing via an Internet search was a real shot in the dark. Colin is a true professional. Not a pleasant task but he quickly determined what the problem was and made sure he had the right tool for the job. The water jet made quick work of the root that had caused the backup. He communicated promptly and clearly and our problem was solved in less than a day. Tom Fennig did a great job on diagnosis’s and installing my new water heater. Arrived on time one day after my original call for service and did the install the same morning. Had parts in stock to support the installation as well. Highly recommend. Advised to add flow regulator to help preserve the tank ( no prior technician had ever advised this). Advised tank will fill properly now and should last longer. Thanks again

Frank & Billy arrived in a fairly short period of time. They asked relevant questions about our plumbing problem. Made an assessment, got to work, fixed our problem. Vary professional plumbers. This company has helped us many times over the last 25 years. We highly recommend them.

Our technician, Tom, arrived right on time. He found the problem quickly. He then told us the unit was still viable but would need replacement sooner than later. He gave us several options. We agreed on one and was able to replace the unit at a very affordable price. He was finished within 45 minutes . Will definitely be using their services again as needed.

I’ll never use anyone else here! Tom and everyone else are extremely professional, but still so friendly! They get the job done, no surprises on price, and when possible, will “future proof” or improve the plumbing to make future maintenance less of a headache. When they installed a new water heater in my mom’s condo, they put in a separate valve to shut the water off to just her condo, no need to impact the neighbors in her building at all!

Adrian Medina went above and beyond to help us diagnose our plumbing issues. He pulled, reset, and installed 2 toilets overcoming some challenges set by the previous installers. He was upfront with the cost and didn’t add anything afterwards even though it was more than expected work.

I’m always nervous when I have to reach out for services for my home. Maloney responded to my request for service from their website promptly and were super friendly. They kept in close communication regarding ETA. When Jason arrived, he was friendly and thorough, explaining what he was doing as he checked for leaks. In the end, I was seeing about the source of the problem. He fixed what was wrong and at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be calling them next time I have another plumbing problem!

I was so glad to have a Maloney come repair my broken hose bib quickly and professionally. Great customer service and even better was the technician Richard who got right on the repair and fix the problem better than the way it was before.
