Working with Dmitry has made my complex roof project very easy. He took the time and gave me detailed explanations on specific special order roof products, provided samples and completed the task in timely manner. I am grateful for all his hard work and would certainly recommend him and his team for any complex roof projects.

We hired Dmitry and his company Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod last summer 2023 for a fairly large house renovation project including roof, siding, all windows replacement including architectural remodeling, and high-end deck rebuilding. We found Dmitry’s company via CertainTeed suggested as certified roof installers, as we wanted to install high-end CertainTeed's Grand Manor shingles with multiple skylights and all copper valleys, drip edge and gutters. We also decided to install James Hardy siding which requires certification for correct installation. Dmitry provided very detailed quote, after several meeting with us (6 times), until we discussed every detail including what type of nail will be used to install siding, or copper parts on the roof. I’m not easy person to work as I get to every nuance such as metal incompatibility I.e. copper and aluminum etc. Before I hired Dmitry, I met with 7 different contractors, to discuss the details of the project, architectural redesign, building new 5 levels IPE deck with modern stainless steel handrails, rebuilding new bow huge triple panel windows and transom Marvin windows including lvl support and all copper work. Out of 6 contractors, four didn’t understand the level and details I was asking for my project. Another contractor quoted me for the price equivalent to build a new house, however only Dmitry understood what I really requesting to every detail, he was transparent and honest, and no couldn’t get close to his quoted price. We signed an agreement and Dmitry started the project. Around 3-5 crews worked simultaneously for 4 months, very very skilled and professional people working with Dmitry for very long time coming every morning at 8am. Dmitry was tolerant and followed my new requests and additions which appeared during the project. I really cannot find anything negative I experienced during the renovation. I will definitely hire Dmitry’s company again. Please reach out to me for any questions.

I contacted several siding companies, soliciting bids for a full residing of our cottage, and found several to be very responsive. Pricing varied, but was generally in realistic ranges of each other, and start times were realistically within a matter of several weeks or a month.

Ultimately, I selected Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod. Their pricing was lower than a couple, and a bit higher than one, but ultimately, it was the level of attention they gave me during the estimation process, outlining all options (no pressure to do anything beyond what I had requested), and providing detailed estimates that were understandable and allowed for picking and choosing options.

When the project got underway, the crew was friendly, professional, and (most importantly), did extremely high quality work. They accommodated the needs of a carpenter concurrently on site, and completed the job quickly and to the highest standard. A few loose ends I noticed at completion were quickly completed without question.

Highly recommend. In a business that is highly saturated on Cape Cod, it's easy to find reasons NOT to go with one company or another. The truest test is when the job is complete. If you're happy with the work, pricing, and how you (the customer) was treated throughout...you made the right choice. I know I did.

We had cedar shingles as well as some trim boards replaced. It was a pleasure working with both Scott and with Bill. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod delivered as promised. I especially liked the fact that they provided carpentry work where needed, and not just limited to shingling work. The lead worker, Marco, did an outstanding job of repairing any issues that we had . He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the job before they finished and left. We used Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod to install a new roof earlier in the year. Part of the work required removing / reinstalling our roof mounted awning.
This past week we noticed an issue with the mounting brackets. When I phoned Dmitry with issue he took the call, listened to my concerns and said he would look into it phone me back. He called me 45 minutes later to let me know that he was sending his crew over within the hour to correct the issue.
I can't say enough about Dmitry's responsiveness!

They did a great job! I had my house resided with a combination of white cedar shingles and Hardie board. The first morning the crew arrived I went over a few extra items and changes I wanted with the estimator and they were able to adjust without any delay. The crew completed the job in three days and it looks great! Highly recommended!

This is the third project that Dmitry has done for me. The first was to replace 27 windows, each window and the finish trim was installed perfectly, the second project was an addition over a patio, new roof, and all new shingles and a Greek Revival style trim. Every aspect of the job was completed professionally with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. The most recent project was to replace a half wall with an open Shaker style staircase. In each case Dmitry’s crews started on time, finished on time, did exceptional work and always stayed on budget/ estimate unless I specifically changed something. They solved existing problems and were willing to work with me to achieve the best possible result. They offer a fair price, excellent value, and true professionalism. They always return calls promptly and have responded immediately to any issues. They are fantastic to work with, neat, clean, organized, and the sub-contractors are the same. They are the first people I would call for any project and if they were booked / busy on another job , I would wait until they’re available. They did an amazing job replacing the roof on my house. They were accomodating around my schedule and showed up when they said they would. They didnt cut any corners, they put flashing/starter strips/ice and rain where it needed to be. They were very quick and i would definitely use them again.

I had a leaking skylight. I set the appointment and Dimitry was there on time and gave me lots of options for a replacement. After choosing one, they were there within a week and tackled the job. They cleaned up after themselves and other than the new skylight, you would never have known that they were there.

We used RSOCC to replace cedar shakes on the body of house. The guys did such a great job, that when it was time to replace our roof shingles, we looked no further. Dmitry the owner, and his crew are the best! They are all professional and take great pride in their work. Everything was done in a neat and timely manner. We would recommend them to anyone. We are very happy with the results! Our house looks beautiful now!

Once selected and we put the deposit down, the goods were ordered and when received we were contacted within the week for install, The team that came out was very professional and did a great job including the finish work on the interior and exterior. They met all of our expectations. We will use them again when the main roof needs replacing.
