There are many knowledgeable and kind people. Reah, she is super kind and knowledgeable you would be impressed of his kindness and customer service.

After waiting 4 days for a mandatory “upgrade” Comcast/Xfinity shipped me a device I rapidly figured out was used and hadn’t even been reset before it left NJ. I went to this location and Chrissy (could be Krissy?) hooked me up. She took the old modem, the “new” used one with someone’s wifi network settings, and gave me a brand new unit that was an upgrade hardware wise from the supposed new one! She was pleasant and patient and I appreciated her sympathy/empathy. Well done.

Great customer service! Someone is always there to answer questions and get you the best deal.

The Ladies that work here are always super friendly, and really know their stuff! I was particularly impressed with how they showed patience and respect to an elderly gentleman who was having trouble. They are representing Comcast very well!

Service technician was excellent. Courteous, knowledgeable and a nice guy. Explained the new equipment so I understood. The guy definitely deserves a raise.

I recently went to the Comcast service building to pay my cable bill, there was a long line of people waiting to pay their bills and some people needing questions answered.
The two girls behind the counter were very friendly and knowledgeable about what is offered by Comcast, a very pleasant experience.

Cable went dead two days ago, no phone or Internet. they wanted me to wait until sunday. I pushed for Friday. Tech named Matt Martin, Fantastic Employee been at Comcast 10 years, checked out basement box, checked out everyting quick! He went outside in the Snow, found the line bad, ran another line from the street in and briefed me on it. I am former Apartment Property Manager, he was exceptional, other guy arrived sat in his warm truck. I asked Matt for Supervisors Name, it is Jim Zimmerman, comcast should give him a bump in compensation, he is a great ten year employee and was in and out and done in half an hour. Call me for reference, does commercial hook ups.
