Stop & Shop

I just spent a week down the cape and I found this Stop and Shop to be a great place to shop. The first thing I noticed was the parking lot had double lines on each side of the parking spots, saving your car or truck from the nasty door dings. They also had other surprising features in the store.
The next produce was very fresh, and the assortment of foods and vacationer needs was just what I needed. The employees were very also friendly and efficient. This is my first choice for shopping when I go back down the cape.

The young cashier was awesome. An elderly lady who seemed confused mistakenly forgot to place her items to be scanned. He respectfully reminded her of her error. She was so sweet. He and the gentleman bagging assisted her with the carriage, products and purchase. Then the bagger walked to her car. Yes it took longer for me to get my stuff but it didn't matter. Seeing the kindness of the young men was awesome. Oh the kid with the crouch looking resting face.

All the basics you need at good prices plus fresh seafood steamed while you shop. Bring your own bags or buy theirs.

Clean, big (we’re from New York and are used to cramped, tiny markets). Everyone seemed friendly. Produce section was very nice. Not much to repot. What you’d expect. 😀

Sharing this visit to Stop and Shop...One of the Butchers was very helpful with finding a Chicken Value Pack under 5 pounds...found one bit over 4 pounds. With purchase of 3 Ben and Jerry's free thermal shopping bag...No one at the store had realised they offered this in the store weekly paper..Can check next trip. Added note to reciept...friendly helpful store workers

Favorite stop and shop on cape! Service desk people are amazing.. younger. blonde girl i believe Mckayla works a lot and is awesome as well as Matt! Front end managers are great if you need help, and the store, including the deli is fresh.

Great staff. Plenty of food, shelves stocked and pricing admirable. I asked my bagger to bag my food into 2 carts and she graciously helped put the bags in my car.

Nice set up, doesn't have everything some stop now shops have but its a smaller store. However good selection of produce.

Nice small store to stop and pick up a few things. Employees are very pleasant, store is organized and clean...

Even though it smaller and selection is not as good as a big store the staff makes up for times 10 best staff it nice to shop at a store when the staff greats you every time

This is the best stop and shop I've been in. Clean, wonderful fresh green groceries, friendly easy parking...just great

Got everything I was looking for.

This is a small Stop&Shop. Once you shop there you are hooked. Meat and fish always fresh. Lots of locals shop there. People are kind and helpful!.

Even late on a Sunday night, the staff was helpful and pleasant. The store was spotless/clean.

Went very early (7 am) hardly any customers there. The best time to go.
