Hidden gem! The food is delicious. I have been here several times and have never had a bad meal. Also, the outdoor patio is adorable! Highly recommend the chicken limoncello. Great drinks and espresso martinis, too. The bread was warm and delicious and our server was so friendly.

We went on a Whale watch and were pretty hungry. This place showed up as the closest restaurant. The food was great. I had chicken parm, the homemade pasta was wonderful and the bread really nice. Service was very good and the outdoor patio charming. Not the best Italian I have had but very decent.would return and try some other dishes.

Food was delicious. Great atmosphere, and the service was great. Rosa was our server and she was accompanied by two young men who were always checking on us with the amenities of water, bread, etc.
I would have like an entrance from the back parking lot as it's a bit of a walk to the front entrance, especially in the rain. Minimal parking out front. But it was still worth the trip.

A fantastic combination of culinary and ambiance experience in Barnstable! The interior looks beautiful and the courtyard has been transformed into an Italian piazza, with Italian music, friendly and attentive service, and the best Italian food we've had on the cape. The picatta was the best we've ever experienced, lighting up our taste buds with every bite, the pasta was perfectly done, the cappuccino and panna cotta were exceptional finishes to complete the full Italian experience. We can't wait to go back!

Barnstable Tuscan Cuisine has become our ‘go to’ place with family and friends. The drinks, the food, the ambience and the attention to every detail by the wait staff all make this an excellent restaurant! The homemade pasta is devine and the mussels are among the best I’ve ever had. Actually ALL the menu items I’ve had are delicious. Love the outdoors seating and summer nights. I must give it five stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was incredible about this place! The service was excellent. There is a wide range of food to choose from. Everything my fiance and I ordered was delicious and flavorful, plus the texture was perfect. It felt like an Italian getaway inside. We are already looking forward to going back. Thank you!

What ambiance outside. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. We had a fairly large party and everyone enjoyed their meal. I had lobster bisque (best I have ever had) and shrimp cocktail (I had to add horseradish to the cocktail sauce). Everyone else had larger meals and it looked like the portions were a good size. The Crocker Tavern House (where we were staying) recommended it and it was walking distance. I look forward going back.

We had a great experience last night at this excellent restaurant. The lobster bisque was fabulous as well as the lobster and clams over linguini. Cappuccino and excellent deserts followed! My husband was able to get GF pasta an additional bonus. We ate on the patio which was enjoyable with music in the background. Our waiter was efficient and pleasant giving us time to savor and enjoy!

We ate outside. It was beautiful . Mini lights and heating torches. The atom Cabernet was very nice and we all loved our meals. The waitress was very good and offered suggestions and she was right. Coffee drinks and lava cake with ice cream for desert. We had a great time there

My first time here and I am absolutely blown away by how delicious every single dish was. This might be the best restaurant I’ve been to on Cape Cod. The mussels and the scallops appetizer was exquisite!! I have tried lobster ravioli at many restaurants and this was by the far the best I’ve ever had with the homemade pasta and sauce packed with flavor. Nothing but compliments for the whole staff. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great diner, but most importantly an amazing waitress (Rosa). She handled our 8 person party with ease. Our group will go back.

Met some friends for outdoor dinner. All our meals were great, especially my seared scallops with saffron cream sauce over angel hair pasta!
Great food, service and fun!

Food and service has been excellent and we've dined there at least 6 times since they opened. Some of these "reviews" seem like people with agendas or maybe competitors. The renovations are beautiful. The menu quite varied and reasonable given the quality of ingredients and preparation. We have dined on chicken parm, a stuffed veal and lobster dish, a terrific rack of lamb, and even steak tips and fried shrimp, both the best I've ever had on the Cape. I read a comment about the owners son who is sometimes seen at the host stand. How anyone could have a problem with that is beyond me. It's a welcome addition to our village as the old Tavern was tired, inconsistent, and indifferent. Highly recommended.

We loved this place!!! Clams all around. Steamers and fried clams and my favorite "Cape Cod" salad. Saw Allison on the way out. Love her, too!! fabulous!!!

Wally and the crew never disappoint! Had lamb osobucco and lobster risotto. Amazing, delicious food. Generous portions and a great variety on the menu. Desserts are super decadent and a must have with Italian coffee.

Excellent Thursday night Italian specials. Our food was really delicious. The waitress got confused about the specials offered, but that was easily straightened out. The tavern area was packed so we sat in the formal dining room which was really quite. We'll come back.

Cozy and comfortable outdoor seating area. Rosa our server was very attentive throughout the service. VG wine listing. We started with mussels italiano and they were cooked to perfection. We had Shrimp Fra Diavolo and a short rib ravioli and both were delicious. Ended with a slice of limoncello cake and a couple of limoncello drinks. Would go back.

I live here in the village. The new owner is doing a great job so far, and I think that the three 1* reviews from one party is uncalled for. It’s not easy getting started up with a bustling restaurant. Let’s embrace this place and get to know them. Good luck to them and cheers to all my friends, check the place out.

This is the place you should go if you want a certified local dining experience that is a 5/5. Food is amazing, service even with little ones is amazing, back house staff is polite and helpful and so friendly!

Change of management has resulted in a big improvement of the menu, in terms of both variety and quality. Our visits to the previous establishment had been "Meh", but this, our first visit to the new name & menu, was exceptional. We're looking forward to going back and trying several tempting menu items.
