Brian puts his whole heart into the job. I felt like we were a team while working on my GF's custom ring. I also felt like his only customer, which speaks to how individualistic the service is. He's super nice, professional, and very good at what he does.

I got an incredibly fair price, and it was way cheaper than going with one of the online giants. No thanks. There's no way I would have gotten this level of service or this good of a price unless I worked with Brian.

And, well, the proof is in the pudding. I proposed, she said yes, and she can't stop looking at her ring. Money well spent, and great job to the team at NE Gold & Silver!!

I bought a lovely 14k gold ring with a pearl and two Ruby baguettes. It is feminine and perfect with everything! Brian and Lauren are wonderful to work with in choosing just the right piece of jewelry for you or your loved one!

I have a few pieces of jewelry from their store and they are some of my favorite pieces that I wear often and they look as beautiful as the day I purchased them. The quality of the stones in my diamond and ruby rings are brilliant. They clean any of my jewelry that I purchased from them for free and when one of my rings needed to be resized there was no charge....their customer service is second to none.

I recently went to a Ladies Night Event at New England Gold & Silver and had a wonderful time. I bought myself my first Christmas present, a teardrop shaped ruby stone surrounded by diamonds in a silver setting with a beautiful silver and diamond bail hanging from a silver adjustable chain.
