Kristen Deem of Chatham Concierge is awesome. She is professional, very skilled, and super fun. Her photography is excellent. Her friendly and likable personality enables her to comfortably get the most out of everyone, adults, kids and pets alike. Her local knowledge of Chatham and Cape Cod enables her to pair the greatest spots with our family's interests. We also use Chatham Concierge, each and every year, with providing linens and all the extras to our rental home. Great selection. Reliable, dependable service. Reasonably priced. Kristen was wonderful to work with! Excellent quality bed linens and fluffy towels (including beach towels). It was great not to have to pack and cart our own stuff to our rental property, and having everything made up and ready to go made it a real vacation. Kristen even had a fun reusable gift bag waiting for us with a few Chatham-themed treats. Thanks so much, highly recommend!

Sometimes it helps to try competitive alternatives to then see who’s really the best. We arrived at 2 PM Friday to begin our vacation on the Cape. We had ordered linens and towels from a company weeks before, and arrived at their office to pick up our prepaid order. The office was dark and the door was locked. They were closed! No one answered the phone or replied to our countless, frantic voicemails, emails, and text messages. We could not get in-touch with anybody. We had to quickly search for alternatives from our car in the parking lot late on a Friday afternoon.

We called Chatham Concierge. The owner answered the phone, understood and sympathized with our predicament, and immediately assembled her team to pull together what we needed and arrange a rendezvous pick-up after-hours. They went so far above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. Importantly, all the linens and towels were clean, fresh, organized, and of the highest quality. Chatham Concierge has such noticeably superior products and service. Every single person we interacted with at Chatham Concierge was resourceful, highly communicative, honest, and genuinely caring.

The company who closed early finally called us back the following day, and we were given two completely different stories why they closed early, why they didn’t call us or notify us, and why we had no linens and towels. They lied to us. The ball was dropped but they never apologized, and they tried to blame us. It would have been very difficult to start our vacation without any linens and towels for the entire weekend.

Chatham Concierge saved the day for us! They will be our new, go-to linen and towels rental company from here on. I highly recommend Chatham Concierge. They simply have the best product, best communications, best ownership and team, best business system, and best follow-up. They really care about their customer’s well being and comfort. As a Chatham homeowner renting through Airbnb and VRBO, Chatham Concierge has been a fantastic partner for linens for my guests. Kristen has been great to work with and is very responsive. Our guests appreciate all of the other services Chatham Concierge offers (photography, local recommendations and bed making). The welcome bags are also an extra perk for guests. I live off Cape, so Chatham Concierge is an excellent local resource as an Airbnb host.

Chatham Concierge was hugely helpful. I will definitely count on them for future rentals. The sheets were delivered on the day of our rental and were very high quality, bright white and clean as were the towels. Next time, we'll take them up on their offer to make all the beds ahead of time!

You can tell Kristen is a native Cape Codder because she has alllllll the inside scoops, connections and ability to make magic you never thought possible, happen on Cape Cod in the summer!! From dining reservations to sailing charters, to incredible catered dinners…she takes care of every detail!! She and her staff anticipate things I didn’t even think of and without their suggestions our vacation would never have been nearly as wonderful. And not having to travel with linens was a gift!! Highly recommend Chatham Concierge!

I love that Chatham Concierge recently invested in all new, top quality sheets and towels for their linen rental business. Their bath sheets are thicker and larger quality, just like a luxury hotel. And their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend!

Would recommend them 100 percent! Kristen was fantastic and went over and above anything we needed. We’ve spent 30 years coming to the cape, staying in Dennis and Brewster. This was our first stay in Chatham and Kristen made sure we had everything we needed! Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. Great advice on beaches and which were best for kids! She also lent us her own pack and play, helping out my daughter, who flew in with her baby from South Carolina! I would highly recommend this company!!!
