CVS

This is probably the most weird comment I’ve ever made so far. But, I think it’s worth to do so as paintings they put in the public restroom are pretty.
So, I went in for getting some feminist products on Sunday morning( almost noon). The inside is clean and goods are well organized. I also used their public restroom which locates inside. The paintings they hang on the wall are pretty which led me into the vocation mode immediately and reminded me I’m in the town next to the sea. Love them so much! Thank you to CVS at Chatham <3

Could just as well give five stars. Used mainly for filling prescriptions called in by my doctor’s office and prompt, communicative and pleasant. Attitude at checkout counters quite efficient and pleasant.

Very nice local cvs I do wish they’d have their money order machine on more? It’s never up when I try to get one? But everyone is always very nice here.

I dislike all CVS stores. This store is the one I recently used. Tried to speak to the pharmacist on the phone. No Way. Had to wait over 15 minutes and ask over and over again. My question was simple. I asked why it was so difficult to speak to someone. Got a very impersonal reply and was fluffed off like I didn't matter.

Thank God I use a much better pharmacy. Who gets back to me without the attitude.

I know some places are short of help. That doesn't mean being rude is acceptable.

I stay away from all CVS stores. They sure don't care about the customer.

Very busy location year round and incredibly busy and hectic in season. Pick any other Rx.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. For some reason this took me by surprise. This old white woman was the cashier. I am not over sensitive to racial profiling but I believe that is what I experienced today. The woman was very cordial to the customer ahead of us (a Caucasian male) and acted like she didn’t even want to serve me. She wrapped the other customers’ purchases with a smile and her face changed when I got to the counter. She acted like she didn’t want to handle the items I purchased, didn’t offer me a bag for my items. There was a definite difference in service. Another person who was with me noticed it too and pointed it out.

Told me the price of a covid test is 20$, then charged me more than 40$ for it. Wanted to return it, didn't even leave the shop, and they refused. Complete scam
