The Dead Zone

Great store, really fun! A friend took me there on Tuesday and I went back Wednesday. Tons of great merchandise at low prices. The owner is very welcoming and knowledgeable.

My must stop at store, every time I go to Cape Cod. Great selection of Grateful Dead shirts, stickers, blankets, and so much more.

The Dead Zone is an iconic & historic piece of the cape cod experience. I used to flood the shop when Patty was in Chatham off main st with my buddies as a snot nose in the 90’s to peruse Dead Tapes! We probably drove her nuts. Still stop by once a year to check it out (live in NY now). A brick & mortar ‘Mom’ shop that honors the Dead is few & far between. Any head should make it a point to stop by & pay their respects. Godbless you Patty for still keeping it up… you are the eyes of the world.

I make a point to visit this shop every time I'm in Cape Cod. I love the jewelry and incense selection, and there are a great many hoodies and tapestries for Grateful Dead fans and general hippies alike! The owner is very knowledgeable and really nice. She once even mailed a necklace I regretted not buying in person all the way to North Carolina. If you're in Cape Cod, I would definitely check this place out.

I recently visited the store while on vacation and I got the cutest sunglasses along with two crystal bracelets. It was definitely my kind of store. The woman working there was so friendly and the place just seemed so welcoming. They also had so many crystals there I had to leave before I bought out the whole store!

Great clothing selection, beautiful jewelry. Its my one stop hippie shop and the staff is wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Everything from hats, pins, bandanas, stickers, and a ton more novelty items. I would highly recommend to anyone because there's something in there for everyone! If you want a wonderful experience with good vibes and sweet prices then I'd stop in for a look around. 💜🌈🌞🌿🎶🌸

My oldest daughter and I love this store. She is going through a 70s hippy phase and also loves crystals. I'm a bohemian soul at heart, so this store is great for us both. She has found cool jewelry, bags, and crystals here. I adored the Tree Of Life crystal necklace I found for her birthday. It went perfect with her Stevie Nick's shirt. I also found some super cool pants and everywhere I have gone, especially in Provincetown, I have had a ton of compliments and the owner is so nice. Would high recommend.

She had great prices,all items wanted by 3 members of our family .great selection and sizes .she has such a well organized store and can pull a item you want in the size you need with out hesitation. Perfect shopping experience and she has a points program

We visit the Dead Zone every time we come to the Cape. For almost 20 years, Patty is always cool and kind.

If you are looking for comfortable & attractive clothing, this is a great store. The owner is extremely helpful & knows her stock. The plaza where she is located is fantastic with all the offerings (food, leather clothing, bird food & gifts, & jewelry). Last Fall, I bought several shirts @ the Dead Zone & this weekend, we returned for more clothing. This is one of my favorite stores on the Cape.

Wonderful and unique place to get Grateful Dead themed clothing and "hippie "items. Love all the tie-dyed shirts and dresses and even little kids and baby clothes. The owner is so friendly and personable that you want to return time and again.

Such an amazingly cool store! They have reasonably priced really cute Bohemian clothes and tons of t-shirts. Insence,salt lamps, jewelry,hats,stuffed animals, lots of Grateful Dead themed stuff and Bob Marley merchandise...always super friendly, extremely helpful,always love going in here.

Every time I make it down to the Cape this is my #1 place to go. Absolutely love the clothing and the woman running the shop is very nice. Just wish it were closer to home here in Vermont 😁

I absolutely love The Dead Zone! Owner is truly an awesome person and I loved the vibe! Amazing selection of a variety of hard to find clothes, stickers, incense and festival flare. After buying some earrings here I had them stolen out of my hotel room. I called the owner and she sold me replacements through the mail even though her business doesn't typically do it. Great lady
