Edgewater Beach Resort

We visited during the off season, it was great. Loved the location on the beach. Pool and especially the hot tub were the "icing on the cake" Staff was friendly and helpful. The only time we had a request it was immediately addressed. We would definitely consider Edgewater Beach Resort for another stay.

The front desk attendants were so helpful, professional, and kind. Our condo was well equipped and well maintained. The grills outside could use attention like maintenance and cleaning. The indoor pool was closed. The lawn for kids to run and play was very well maintained. The putters to knock around a few golf puts were free. Outdoor pool was the perfect temp and seating was good. The beach was combed and no problem finding a beach lounger. I'd reccomend this place with no hesitancy.

The rooms are clean and bright. The walk to the beach is short and easy. Very convenient to restaurants and shops.

Traveled with my spouse for 4 day stay- is a family timeshare that we have spent time at for several years. In other years maintenance work was being done and pool not accessible but this time was great and we had good use of pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the facilities, and esp the beach and beautiful views of ocean. It is also a very quiet location yet accessible to main routes for restaurants and shopping. Wonderful stay!!

The unit was spacious and clean. Nice patio on the first floor that was very close to the beach. Staff friendly and quick to attend to our needs. The gas fireplace was a plus. I look forward to coming back here when the weather warms up. I only wish the second bedroom had something other than twin beds. Not ideal for additional couples traveling together because of the sleeping arrangements.

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay here. Our 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit had every updated and modern convenience, including kitchen, comfortable, spacious, absolutely immaculate, beautiful beach and view, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely lawn and private patio. So happy to have found this resort, hope to visit again, beautiful area.

Love this place, I would only ask for king size bed.

I have stayed at the Edgewater at the end of September for the pass 13 years and every year it never gets boring. The beach is beautiful and the water is still warm. There,s a nice indoor/outdoor pool, the rooms are nice and cozy and the staff are pleasant and friendly. My room faces the beach so i have a great view. There is a gym for you gym rats. There are nice shops and restaurants in the area as well as the surrounding towns. Oh and don,t miss the sun rise on the beach.

I would definitely stay here again! The room was very clean, and quiet and relaxing. The resort is right on a private beach. First time I have seen a horseshoe crab in the ocean! You could swim in the ocean, in the outdoor pool, or the indoor pool. The pools were heated and the view was lovely. There was a nice little kitchen, so we bought groceries and cooked. We only ate at restaurants when we were already out seeing the beautiful sights. There are local restaurants within walking distance that serve fresh seafood!

Very nice beachfront resort, been coming here for years. Very friendly staff. Units are clean and well maintained though studio unit is a bit cramped. Second floor units have a nice view of the courtyard and the beach. Scheduled activities for kids everyday. If the weather isn't that good for the beach, the heated enclosed pool is a good alternative.

This resort is beautiful, the rooms are clean - with a kitchen area included and the view/location from both the rooms and overall complex right on the beach is spectacular. The front desk staff was very helpful in giving us advice on things to do in the nearby area. We had a wonderful time here.

Edgewater Beach Resort is the perfect place to stay on Cape Cod for a long vacation or a short weekend stay.

Amazing location right in the beach. Great rooms with a full kitchen. Ours even had a Jacuzzi tub! Newly updated indoor/outdoor pool and putting area. We have come here for years and always come back. Great place for families and staff is friendly and super attentive.

We loved it! We had a one bedroom unit. We parked on one side, walked through the bedroom into the main room. It had a fireplace, two nice televisions and a small well stocked kitchen. The patio with a grill that opened right out to the green and then to the water.

Located right on the beach with lounge chairs provided. Great indoor outdoor pool. Friendly and helpful service. Room contains stovetop and limited kitchen supplies but a full size refrigerator. Would definitely come back.

I am an owner at the Edgewater Beach Resort and I always enjoy my stay there. It is very peaceful, relaxing and calming. The other neighbors/guests are usually very friendly and curtious. The staff is always friendly and takes the guests concerns very seriously. The facility is kept very neat and clean. The two pools indoor and outdoor provide you with great choices and if that's not enough you have your own private beach just a couple hundred feet away. There are barbeque stations, a putting green,work out room and laundry facilities available on site. Access to the internet and more. I Love getting away to the shore and staying here

Loved that this place was on the ocean and had sn indoor swimming pool. Rooms were nice however only down fall was you could hear the people upstairs and if ypu had a neighbor you could hear them. Overall good place very beautiful
