Maryann was so helpful and kind. She stayed open past closing time and didn’t rush me. I found 2 pairs of new shoes for a new job and love them both. I was not familiar with the brand, Charleston, and now they’re my fave pair! We have shopped there off and on for the last 18 years. A local gem, and I’m so happy they made it through the pandemic.

My husband and I came to the Cape from California. We are new parents and get to have our first fancy dinner without baby, however I didn’t pack nice shoes. We luckily found Cape Cod Shoe Market online and decided to give it a try. And IM SO GLAD WE DID!! It had such a large variety of all different kind of shoes. We were greeted and got wonderful help from the employee. It made shoe shopping easy & seamless! We will definitely be back! 5 stars ⭐

Has everything you need for vacation, or upcoming travel, prices are the best you will find in Cape Cod for what you are buying. If they don’t have what you are looking for ask the owner , she is great and knows her footwear. Always leave there with good quality stuff.

Have to say it LOUD so people will hear ... this place is a hidden gem! I've been going here for decades & sometimes forget how much better it is than online, chains or any other store. Great selection of quality brands. They will fit you. Owner takes great care to be sure she is just as competitively priced as online prices.

This store, a bit humble looking on the outside, is packed on the inside with a rich selection of the brands of shoes you are looking for. What a wonderful store - Merrill’s, Keens, Sperry’s, and much more. This store has just become my go-to place for shoes on the Cape. I can see why they have been here since 1959. What I can’t explain is why this is my first visit there.

This place has one of the most obnoxious sales ladies I have ever encountered in my entire life... and I'm pretty old. She was comically bad. Telling me off. Saying I didn't know which size I wore, etc. The only thing was is she was totally right and, totally because of her, I ended up getting three pair of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! I'm in love and now I won't go to get abused at any other shoe store. At one point I snidely commented on their stock and she responded by taking me behind the scenes into their cavernous inventory and let me tell you, it's like every shoe in America could fit in their stockroom! It's amazing. So if you want a comically bad buying experience where you end up with shoes you will love go to this store... and try to find the most obnoxious sales lady in the place. You'll be so glad you did! "You idiot, you like those?!"

I love this store! Best place to buy shoes by far. Great old fashioned service. I used to have a difficult time finding shoes before i started shopping here. I have flat feet, a high instep, and need a wide with. David ALWAYS finds the perfect shoe for me! If you are looking for quality shoes and a great selection and fit... look no more, this place is for you! And, on the rare occasion that they don't have the size or color you want in a particular style, they will happily order it for you! I don't buy shoes anywhere else and, once you shop here, you wont either!

I’ve gone to this shop for many years. It’s where I always find the shoes I wear forever, where I found out what size I should be buying, and where the advice and service are always excellent. The selection also is vast, and the prices good. It’s a nice drive getting there and a really pleasant experience once you’re there.

I knew what I wanted when I entered the store. Usually I look around and if I don’t see what I want, I leave. The person that helped me went above and beyond. She came out with the shoe and proceeded like a professional and I tried it on and I knew I had to buy it even though it was way above my budget. Sooo glad I bought them.
