Delicious!!! The mexican drinking chocolate is out of this world! This is an adorable little shop, with drinks and treats to try on the spot, as well as a great selection of gifts and treats to take home. The cafe menu includes chocolates, coffee, espresso, smoothies, juices, and more. Very friendly!

If you are interested in delicious homemade chocolates and are either driving through Truro in route to Provincetown or vacationing on Cape Cod, you’ll be thrilled if you visit Chequessett Chocolate, where you can get fantastic coffee as well as outstanding bars of chocolate. They also sell gift items and ice cream! I might have been happy with a simple bar with milk chocolate but instead I purchased figs dipped in chocolate as well as other unique and tasty treats. Before entering their store they ask that all of their customers put on plastic or latex free gloves and to limit the number of people inside at any one time.

Josiah has a gift of making chocolate! We received 5 different flavored bars as a gift, and we cherished every impeccable bite. We also gave a few bars to family members in Tennessee. They also were impressed at the exquisite taste! Order them & enjoy!

Good gourmet chocolate store, carrying their own creations as well as boutique chocolates from around the world. The store also serves as a Cape Cod themed gift shop. Prices are on the high side, but not unusual for the area. Try the ice cream located just outside, they use Chequessett chocolate in certain flavors

This place is awesome! They serve George Howell coffee and make their own chocolate 🍫! I had a dirty chai and a caramel crunch bar ; both were very good !

This place had chocolate and tons of other products, from all over the world, and sort of on the exotic side of things, which made it interesting to walk around and brows things. There's a good coffee bar inside, and i had a hot mocha there, which was great. But I'd go back again simply because the staff working, was happy, attentive, engaging with customers, and left a good overall impression of enjoying their work place. So I'll remember that and bring more guests when they come to visit me.

Cute little shop with delicious chocolate bar options. The chocolate made a great gift and we thoroughly enjoyed the bar we got for ourselves. The paper the bars are wrapped in is beautiful and the chocolate even had rope stamped on each piece, all different. We loved the sea salt dark chocolate bar, highly recommend. If you are unable to make it to this shop, the chocolate is sold at many shops on the Cape. Highly recommend!

Never knew, being raised on Hershey's chocolate bars, that chocolate had a depth and range of flavors! Walked into Chewuessett after buying my 1st bar at Mac's in Chatham.
I was staying at Chatham Bar Inn & thought that was as good as it gets....they give you a 4 pc box of local chocolates in your room. Plus chocolate piece on your pillow at 'turn-down".
But bite of that bar of dark Chatham Raspberry Chequessett made me stop the car to enjoy it wout the distraction of driving 🚗 😜

Great little place! The cappuccino, cortado, and espresso are just right and the Mexican drinking chocolate is amazing -- like an espresso except chocolate, with warm spices. World-class bean-to-bar chocolate sustainably sourced. Wow!

Not going to lie, this place is expensive. If you go in knowing that, you'll be fine. They have a good number of chocolates they make from scratch. I especially like the ones in front that they have to box for you. The brandy-filled, chocolate covered figs are absolutely delicious. The sailboat toffees are as well. They also have a chai chocolate, which is very intriguing and very good. Their hot chocolate is strong, unlike the watered down ones you get everywhere else. They have other things, like magnets, hot sauces (the pineapple ghost pepper hot sauce is one of the best hot sauces I've had), salsas, and little knick knack things. There's a cafe. The people are quite friendly.

Chocolate heaven. The bonbons are creative and very tasty. The chocolate bars are excellent and come in unique flavours without being too wild. If wild is your thing they carry a variety of other brands that go all out visually, with add ins etc. I prefer a more simple elegant bar so the Chequessett bars appeal to me the most.

Loved the time spent here so much we went back a second time. Wide variety of all things chocolate. The people were friendly and patient

They make their own chocolate in house which is divine. They also have loads of other artisinal chocolates from around the world, as well as some tea, spices, and nick nacks. They double as a Cafe with great coffee and a small selection of pastries

This small gem is some of the best chocolate I have ever eaten. Do not make the mistake of passing this by. Beverages are amazing the confections and other goodies are amazing. My only regret was not buying more. Enjoy your time at this great spot.

Charming place with excellent craft chocolate made on premises. They source their own cocoa beans and roast them for the chocolate bars they make. The hot drinking chocolate is great. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.

Excellent moca coffee, hot or iced. Fine chocolates and local flair gifts and cards.... nice for tourists or locals. Great eye for style and trends. The perennial garden out front is very nice.

I am addicted to this place. Everything they sell is made in house and this is possibly the best chocolate I've ever had. I just finished my last piece of lavender/honey chocolate pieces with a little sea salt on top... DE LISH OUS!!! Their hot drinking chocolate is to die for... which is ironic since it will probably give me diabetes, but at least it will be a sweet death. The owners are friendly and warm and the cafe area is perfect for catching up with friends. Big fan!
