Port-O-Call Gift House

My family has been visiting Harwich Port and shopping at Port-O-Call since my mother was a child decades ago. Today my daughters went with their father to buy souvenirs. My daughters selected a necklace each for themselves, but just after leaving the store my eldest daughter's necklace broke. She was very upset and crying on the front step! The owner came out to see what was the matter, and did everything in her power to make it right - truly going ABOVE AND BEYOND. We have been loyal patrons of Port-O-Call for decades (and three generations), and will be loyal patrons for decades more. The love and kindness that this shop has shown my family helping to select souvenirs, and count out money, and providing perfect unique objects to allow us to cherish the memory of the Cape for years. A definite MUST visit shop in downtown Harwich Port.

I have been coming to Harwich for many years and today I decided to go in this wonderful shop for the very first time. I'm so glad that I did. I found the perfect gifts and customer service was really great!! Can't wait to go back.

Nice selection of unique seashore themed art pieces and wall art among the other upscale beach related merchandise, no junk.

Severly over priced items. Not worth your money or time. The owner and staff are VERY rude and pushy. Cold, unwelcoming environment and very cluttered and disorganized. As a local id suggest you go to any of the other gift/jewelry shops on the same road and save yourself the headache.
