First time at mirror image salon! What a great experience. I was greeted with snacks tea and water. Pam cut my hair and did an eyebrow wax. Pam was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back. Please do your self a favor and church this place out.

I’ve only ever had Pam, the owner here, but she’s been terrific! Everyone is friendly. They followed Covid procedures, even putting up partitions when needed. I call a few days ahead for an appointment and I never have to wait when I show up at the scheduled time. There’s snacks available and even a very friendly black lab Salon dog named Tim who is a very good pup. Would highly recommend this place, but call for an appointment as it does get busy!

Love the atmosphere and vibe at Mirror Image Salon. Super friendly with highly skilled stylists who make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have been a client for many years and they are always consistent with my hair color. It turns out just the way I like it every time! Heidi and Dawn are the best!!!

I can't say enough about this salon. The spirit of the salon is kind and uplifting from the moment you walk in the doors. I always leave Heidi's chair feeling great with a color and cut that fits me. She is also great with suggestions, which I truly appreciate. Thanks for another terrific result!

TINA is my hair stylist. Family I'll ly owner salon. Careful w/COVID19 restrictions. Excellent staff. This place is also recommended by a close friend when I moved here 1 1/2 yrs ago. I'm happy w/ the results.

This is by far the best salon I've ever been to. I have for years been in search for a good hair stylist and salon and let me tell you...this is it! Let me share my experience...I looked around online for best rated hair salons on cape and decided to try mirror image because they seemed to have some good reviews. I called to book an appointment and the very nice women on the phone (Lisa I think?) Answered and was very nice. I told her I was looking for a cut and color. She asked who I would like to see and I told her my needs and to book me with who she felt would be really good. She was able to book the exact time and day I needed (which was two days after I called which was awesome because I am not the most patient person in the world) and I awaited my appointment.
I went in and was greeted in their very nicely decorated salon, immediately... BY NAME (they had never met me before), which I found very polite and endearing. They offered up there coat closet and a hot beverage in their waiting room and in all of three min my stylist Erica was there.
Already I was extremely impressed with their customer service and zero wait time but now was the moment to find out if it was worth it.
Erica took me to the processing chair and asked me what I was looking for. My hair was down to my waist and I had some cheap red box dye already in my hair. It was a mess.
I told her I wanted bangs (big gamble) my hair cut to my shoulders and to color it a very dark brown/black with Carmel highlights brushed in.
She informed me that the red box die might be tough but she would do everything she could.
She was very patient and listened to everything I wanted. I even had some pictures to help explain.
She colored my hair and was very personable. Took me into a separate room with calm lighting and washed my hair (head massage, offered warm or cool eye packs...the whole nine yards).
Took me over to do the cut and worked with a razor and sheers. She dried it, styled it and even put in some curls. I am not a hair expert and had asked a ton of questions. She answered all of them and gave me a ton of pro tips on curling, blow drying, after care for the color and everything in between.
My hair looked absolutely amazing. All the girls came over and complimented the enormous transformation and I really felt well taken care of. They were all very genuinely kind, considerate and really made me feel like a million bucks.
So now the scary part. They had basic pricing online, but of course it's all dependant on length of hair and what ever... so I'm at the counter and thinking "oh god, that was really awesome and my hair looks really nice but I can only imagine what this is going to cost"...
And I am in complete and udder shock when they tell me how affordable it was. I had All over permanent color, brushed highlights, cut about 6 inches off, blow dry, style AND curls AANNNND had Erica explain how to curl my own hair at home with all of her other awesome insights...and it was LESS than $165.
I have gone to so many different places and have never found a salon with such talented stylists, polite and warm staff AND good prices. I will never go any where else!

Everyone is so friendly when you walk in the door. Love the products and I think Dawn does such a great job Massages. I have had many of them in 5 star resorts and she is far better then any of them.

They provide a wonderful personal customer experience for all ..... The staff is friendly and welcoming and very knowledgable about what is best for each individual customer experience ... they listen to what you desire and make it happen..... from Hair to all the Spa services ....... Pam's team of experts make every experience a pleasure ......... and make you feel beautiful when you leave !!!!!
They all are exceptional !!!!!

I have been with Mirror Image since I’ve been on the Cape, 28 years and they never disappointed. Regardless of who you go to they’re all experts and great people.

Madison at Mirror Image did great work on my hair when I went in there this time, she listened to what I wanted done and she made it happen! I would recommend her to anyone!
