Very professional and respectful all around care here! Dr Cohen, the front desk staff, the hygienist and the dental assistant during crown prep work, work together as a team. The respect they show to their coworkers is evident and appreciated. I recently changed to this practice. 4 appointments included exam X-rays deep clean regular clean and crown. The attention to detail by Dr Cohen is outstanding. Yes it’s true from others that He’s kind and gentle but the best part is his interest in speaking to me about a tooth issue to get MY INPUT into what type of dental work is needed. He goes the extra mile to make sure I get the dental work done that is needed even if he has to do referrals. The front desk will work w patients if insurance coverage is an issue. The hygienist and front desk work together efficiently. Everyone appears to like working w Dr Cohen at Great Expressions. All of the above makes our patient experience very comfortable. I am so grateful to have found this Dental practice.

Best cleaning of my life! The hygienist is new but wonderful!, she was thorough and answered all of my questions and more! The ladies who run the desk out front are so sweet and so helpful, I can’t say enough! Love this office! Recommend definitely!!

I have been going to this office for about 5 years now and I see Dr. Cohan. He is a excellent dentist! Best I have ever been to. I hated going to the dentist prior to his services. He is gentle, comical and makes it a more enjoyable experience. The staff is always very nice. The ladies up front are always going above and beyond to accommodate in scheduling and paperwork issues!

So impressed today with the professionalism and patience of an employee. Went to an appointment and there was no record of one. The lady said. She said that they were booked till December. Then she proceeded to look for another day and booked a Monday appointment. Thank you Taylor. Thank you Taylor. We need more people like her. Sincerely Richard.

Im so happy I went in for my appointment, I had the worst anxiety leading up to this appointment.. but everyone was incredible. I just wanted to write this for anyone with anxiety, they were patient, kind and gentle and I honestly feel like they helped me overcome alot of my anxiety around going to the dentist by just giving me an overall great experience. Make the appointment and show up! they were so nice and made a plan for me that im very happy with.

Pleasant experience, Courtney was wonderful, explained everything. Front office staff was welcoming and helpful!

If you need to see a dentist, go to Great Expression in Hyannis. Everyone I have met there is delightful!! As far as the dentists go.....
Professional, perfectionists, and very funny!! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but, in the years I have been going there, I have always felt very comfortable.

I've been to this dentist a couple of times. Both times, they got right to me and gave me their full undivided attention. Friendly staff. This last visit was amazing since they had nothing available until August 2022. I asked for something sooner since I am moving out of state and they got me bumped up to June 1st. Then they called the next day and said we have something tomorrow. I got in and out so fast. Totally painless. Gonna miss this wonderful clinic.

I have been with Great Expressions for about 7 years. They are all so professional. From the front desk with Diane and Bruna to the dentist, Dr. Cohen and dental assistants, Winsome and Taylor. I LOVE my dentist and everyone that helps him keep my teeth healthy and doing the big smile 😀. The gals that do the x-rays and cleanings are also super nice, gentle and very thorough. Originally went to Great Impressions for a whitening with Leila, after a quick examination she explained & recommended that a deep cleaning first to remove plaque will make the whitening results come out better and last longer. Her professionalism and attention to detail was impressive, my teeth have never looked better!! Overall great office vibe from all the ladies. Would definitely recommend Great Impressions.

Dr. & Bruins(office manager) are the best dentist I have ever dealt with. They go the mile to satisfy patients and are perfectionists. I recommend them to anyone with any need in dentistry

Amazing Experience !!! I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time, out of fear. I was afraid of being judged on not taking care of my teeth. But I was So Grateful to have Dr. Cohen treat me. He was SO Kind and I Felt NO Judgment at All, from Anyone in their office! Dr. Cohen also was so gentle, I had hardly any pain. Everyone treated me with the upmost professionalism. I would Definitely recommend Dr. Cohen at Great Expressions to both my family and friends !!

Tayla was so amazing and professional. Taught my child how to get the troubled areas he is missing brushing, explaining what she was doing and why during cleaning and x-rays. Tayla was so helpful even fitting him into her busy day.

Dr.Cohen is a genius in his craft. I have been his patient for over 20 years he calms anxiety with talking you through step by step during procedures. Your teeth will look like perfection when he's finished.Its always painless only thing I can say is he's the best in what he does!
