I was recently invited to teach a “paint and sip” painting class. What an amazing experience. Beautiful space to set up. 22 amazing and enthusiastic students made it super fun and worth the effort. I highly encourage other artists to consider teach a class here. Shop owner, Becca Ahrensfeld, is generous and easy to work with. Wonderful shop with top notch local crafts. Beautiful jewelry and pottery.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this amazing shop I would! Maddie’s beautiful & unique art is always changing, she never stops creating! Her cards are my favorite!It’s easy to find gifts among all of the beautiful things in this shop. Highly recommend visiting, the impressive skills of all of the featured artisans makes shopping here an unforgettable experience!

I stopped in while on vacation from Southern California. I was so impressed with the featured artist Maddie Ahrensfeld. Meeting her was the greatest part. Her art is bright colored, detail oriented and full of life. The other artists works were so inviting. I left with a happy heart and bag full of great things.

The reason retail still exists... unique finds like canvas designs by Maddy, a tank top that my daughter won’t take off (with a heart painted on it). Added bonus is good conversation with Becca the owner. Stop in you’ll be happy you did and likely find something you didn’t know you were looking for.

Reciprocity is one of the best gift shops on the Cape. They feature gifts, jewelry and art from talented artisans and makers, including the "heart art" of owner and local artist, Maddie of M.A. Designs. An absolute must stop if you are in Harwich Port.
