Everything was perfect…as always. This is the 3rd time we’ve rented with Chatham Vacation Rentals and everything is always professional and seamless - from check-in to check-out. The team is always helpful, responsive and thorough.

Fabulous place to spend a couple of weeks with our family of four. Loved the quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach and abundant outdoor deck areas. The house and yard are well cared for, well-stocked and very comfortable. Chatham Vacation Rental staff was great to work with. Definitely putting this on our short list of Chatham homes to return to.

We have owned and rented homes on Cape Cod for nearly 30 years. We had an excellent experience with Chatham Vacation Rentals and have referred our family and friends to them. They communicated really well, were flexible in how payment was submitted, and helped us to troubleshoot the little issues that sometimes come up with a rental property. A big thank you to the Chatham Vacation Rentals team for making our summer trip to Chatham relaxing and stress-free!

The house was great for our two large families. Very clean, updated and had everything we needed. The beach was a little far for our small kids to talk to, but there was plenty of parking at Forest Beach - most days we brought two cars! The fire pit was so nice at night. Chatham Vacation Rentals was wonderful and responsive when we needed help with a power outage one night. We will absolutely rent with them again (maybe even the same house)!

Our family had another wonderful experience on a private beach in West Chatham. The house is perfectly situated half way between Harwichport and downtown Chatham. Chatham Rentals is great to deal with.

We chose to work with Chatham Vacation Rentals because of their enthusiasm for the work they do and the hands on, personal approach to open, clear communication, both with us and with each family renting our house. They helped us by recommending contractors as we needed them and by sharing what works well to prepare for the rental season. Because of the Chatham Vacation Rentals model, we were able to rent our house for several weeks on relatively short notice. The staff was easy to reach, quick to respond, accommodating to various circumstances, and kept in touch throughout the process from first inquiry to check out and cleaning.

The staff of Chatham Vacation Rentals is WONDERFUL and we loved our vacation rental property! We happen to be mid vacation for CapeNado 2019 and the owners of Chatham Vacation Rentals did an EXCELLENT job on checking in on us after the tornado swept through the neighborhood. A few trees came down but the house did great and we made the best of no power for 24-hours. What an adventure.

We have found our "home away from home" and will be back and will use Chatham Vacation Rentals for all our trips!

We've been renting through Chatham Vacation Rentals for almost 20 years and have always been treated well and professionally. When a house we wanted wasn't available because the owner wanted to use it at the same time, CVR convinced him to let us have it. We tend to like to go back to where were happy renting before and CVR always calls me to commit before the tenancy disappears. Fair rent, good service, quality people; who could ask for more?

If ever there is a problem with the rental property, they are only a phone call away (and minutes away from arriving) to help resolve the issue. Outstanding service! I have rented from them for many, many years and will continue to do so as long as I continue to vacation in Cape Cod (Chatham specifically). They are Top Notch!

WE had a wonderful holiday and very friendly service from Chatham Vacation Rentals. We had a very minor issue about the cleanliness of the rental property - but perhaps I was being extra fussy and as you said, it was the end of the season!

I was very slightly surprised at having to pay the full amount for the rental in November 2018 for our rental which wasn't until September 2019.

We enjoyed our stay on Cockle Cove very much! The house was cozy, clean and comfortable easily accommodating our party of 4. We enjoyed lots of seafood out on the back deck, used the outdoor shower quite a bit and slept comfortably even on hot and humid nights thanks to the air conditioning units installed in each bedroom. We were able to bike into the village of Chatham and even rode trails to Marconi Beach. There is a high speed ferry to Nantucket right from Harwich which is not too far away. We enjoyed Cockle Cove Beach which is steps away from the rental but took advantage of time to visit other beaches on the Cape. Highly recommend Mac's Chatham Fish and Lobster for very casual but outstanding dinner and Marion's Pie Shop for pastries, pies and desserts...both very close to the rental!

Over the past 25+ years that we have been visiting Chatham, we have rented through all of the major vacation rental groups in town. Without any reservation I can say that Chatham Vacation Rentals is by far the best group to rent through. We have been renting exclusively through CVR for 15 years straight because, not only do they go out of their way to find us the right property at the right price, but just as important is that they provide excellent service. They are always prompt in responding to issues that pop up. Whether it is replacing a battery for a chirping fire detector or quickly replacing a screen door that was slashed by an ornery racoon (true story), the folks at CVR follow through to minimize the unforeseen disruptions. We have learned through experience that CVR is THE go-to rental group in Chatham. They are a pleasure to work with and have the best rental property selection in town.

This is the 6th or 7th time we have rented a property through Chatham Vacation Rentals and we’ve never been disappointed. The staff is always courteous and professional, attentive to our needs and the properties have been, without exception, immaculate and beautiful.

Cape Cod is one of our favorite spots to spend time and Chatham Vacation really plays a large role in it. I will continue my relationship with them as long as I make my way to Cape Cod.
