JD Sports

Picked up some Jordan 4s from this JD at the Hyannis Mall. The store was is in immaculate condition and very easy to shop in. The customer service was more than professional. I wasn’t expecting to find the Oreos in stock but JD had em’. Kudos to the store managers and Tatum for the professionalism!

Great Experience over there, I was traveling over there on Cape looking for shoes and the Sales Manager helped me out a lot and made sure he found exactly what I was looking for, I could tell the minute he was describing the shoes and performance stability he knew what he was talking about. I ended up buying 2 great shoes and a few clothing he suggested that new and only carried at his store which made felt like I was buying something exclusive. I’m glad there’s still Great Customer Service in theses few Retail Stores theses days and he also kept a great hair cut with wonderful eyes I’m sure I’ll be shopping here on my next visit

I had an issue with an in-store order that I had placed and was having troublr getting the tracking information. In this day and age I had to go into the store so they could verify my identity over the customer support hot-line. No big deal as I live right up the street from the store. I called and spoke to Brendan, one of the managers there, and he told me to come into the store to assist with the tracking. Upon arriving to the store he was there waiting for me to help with my order as well as helping out the rest of his co-workers and other customers that were in the store. He has impeccable multi-tasking skills.
He got ahold of customer support and got my tracking information just like that and it will be arriving this Saturday!

I appreciate the way he was kind and extremely helpful in getting me the tracking information as well as helping me find some more outfits for the approaching winter!

Brendan is an asset to this company and he deserves a raise!!

Went to this JD location not too long ago and was greeted by the nicest employee named Tatum I believe. She was very helpful and had a great personality while helping me. I came in just to look around but she directed me to the mens shoe department and explained to me what the Global access products was which I thought was pretty cool. Ended finding a pair of shoes that I wanted to buy and she also showed me an outfit that went perfectly with it that I also wanted to buy. All n all, I’d definitely shop here again for the mere fact that I had no intention on buying anything but walked out with an outfit and shoes to match.

I was in need for new athletic gear so I stopped by the nearby Cape Cod Mall. I realize that Finishline was no longer there and had been replaced with JD sports so I decided to stop in, The store looked amazing with a lot of selection and I was immediately greeted by a manager that explained to me what JD was, background and what was they’re exclusive Global access products was. He had showed me around n had his sales people check on availability of different styles size I requested while still showing all different clothing would best match the shoes I was Interested in. Once transaction was about done I had to answer a survey where the cashier told me I had to rate the experience from 1-9 9 being the best but I wish I could give a 10. I This experience is not like anything I ever Encounter before where the customer service was awesome reason why I had to share shop here if you want the new and latest.

I went in the store with my son to get him a new pair of sneakers and a young man working was so great, I believe his name was Tyler. Tyler was so helpful and friendly. Nowadays it's hard to get that kind of service in stores. I'll definitely be going back. Hopefully Tyler or workers like him will be there to make it easier!

I have had nothing but great experiences when shopping at JD, first and foremost I want to give a shoutout to the staff who are always on point and knowledgeable about the sneakers in store. I am happy to travel the 45 min drive to the store given the availability of new releases and the only place on cape cod to access yeezy product. The staff greets me promptly upon entering the store and have made every effort to make many shopping experience the best thing that it can be. This is the only store that i feel comfortable buying shoes for my whole family. MY significant other is also a sneaker lover and we both enjoy our trips to JD at the cape cod mall. The store is always clean and organized and the shelves are always stocked with great shoes. If your on Cape or close to it JD sports is the only place you cant afford to not go and check out !

My Indecisiveness warrants a 5 star review. I started out with a return due to incorrect size, ordered a pair to have shipped to my home to finally going back 20 minutes later and getting a pair in store causing them to cancel my shipment. And through all this, the Store Manager, Harvey, was very patient and responsive. I would recommend them in a second. Thanks

Was in there within the last few days, I couldn’t of had better service. Went in expecting minimum, left more than satisfied. Everyone was so helpful and easy to talk to!
