We chose Steele Assoc. Real Estate because they are a local company with many connections to Dennis and Cape Cod. We started our search in early fall with Sandy Schwenk. Right from the start, Sandy provided us with great advice and guidance. We would discuss each house and she had such insight to share.
She’s very knowledgeable about the business, the market, the area, and was extremely responsive. We felt like we were a team in our search and Sandy found us the house that was just right. And as stressful as a house hunt can be, she kept us focused and calm ( and sometimes laughing).

In May 2019 we lost our mom and decided to sell the home that we grew up in and had been our family home for 47 years. Not only did we not have any experience in selling a house (only on the purchase of one), it was also very emotional. Also just as important was her ability to temper emotions and personalities that came in to play during this difficult time for us.

Great operation offering full support and expert advice throughout the complete process. Multiple offers in two days considerably above the asking price. Very strategic in their plan that resulted in an exceptional offer. Everything from photography to staging recommendations to making sure all the boxes were checked for a smooth closing. Permits, inspections and the local resources to insure everything was done right. Our agent Sandy was on top of things, extremely helpful, professional , honest and ethical. Steele has some of the best agents in town are are extremely easy to work with .

I bought my last house with a different realtor and I cannot understate how much better and easier my experience with Lisa was. She took care of everything and was always available to answer my questions or have my back and negotiate for me. She also hooked me up with the Radius mortgage company who have been great too.

My siblings and i had to make the difficult decision to sell our parents house of 45 years. We didn't want to use just any realtor so after much thought we decided to use Steele Associates. What a great decision that was! They were very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. My family and I had an excellent experience with Steele Realty. They were well-organized, professional, and timely with their email responses to my questions. The rental process was easy and the home we rented was clean, comfortable, and centrally located as advertised. We will be using Steele Realty for our vacation home next year again.

We were referred to Lisa to help us find a winter rental and she found us a great place. We eventually decided to buy a home on the Cape and turned to Lisa again. She was absolutely perfect. She really understood what we were looking for and was tireless in her search and in answering my never ending questions and requests to see so many homes. We ended up buying the most perfect home and we could not have been happier. In the past we have had many dealings with realtors and always found them to be pushy and only interested in making the sale. Lisa is never pushy and only interested in pleasing her clients. She will work so hard for you and we will never sell or buy another home on Cape Cod without her!

I purchased one of her listings and subsequently gave her the listing to my existing home which resulted in multiple offers after the first open house. Sandy went above and beyond

Well when things are good there are good reviews, but when they are not -
Where are those reviews!?
We were Vacation renters and had to call office several times. We had many issues at the house. Met with flippant, unprofessional, responses;
Excuses & Insincere words and treated like they were doing you are favor.
Have rented many times from other realtors without issues. Three pg. letter and 27 pictures at the end of the rental week to realtor. Never again.
NOTE: to be fair:
P.S. After the week's ckout I was met by owner of realty at their office and was promptly(as asked for) given our security ck back and a letter followed about a week later with a token apology .
But left a sour taste in our mouths. Too bad.

I reserved a rental for couple of weeks which they had on website looked great etc. When arriving at house the pics did not match what was there, old dirty furniture, not cleaned well not adequate fans/ac to cool the house. Have been renting for years and first issue with seasonal rental. I know they represent owners but after notifying them of issues it seemed not a concern. Also sent email and pics of fans/ac not working and switched furniture. I had to purchase fans and asked to be reimbursed was told owner said no. The rental group did offer after my pics to them and email to credit me for a week if I were to leave. They did not offer to find another rental for my remaining week and at high season with guests where was I going to find a rental? Their monetary offer was $168.00. Not a great two weeks for me or my guests. I see by the reviews they are great firm but I think should have come to the rental to see what the issues were for me as a client.
