The guest rooms are well decorated and have super comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and amazing showers. Plenty of room for two adults.
There is a large bright breakfast room with plenty of seating inside and more on the back patio that overlooks the garden and plantings. The property is beautiful and filled with flowers.
The daily breakfast has lots of options from gourmet eggs and French toast to their very special homemade granola and more! Afternoon homemade cookies are a welcome treat after a day exploring the Cape.

I have been staying at B & B’s all over New England for over 20 years, and Sea Meadow is one of the nicest! The Inn was sparkling clean, in a great location, and decorated charmingly. Our room was up the stairs with a private bathroom located across the hall. We had no problems what so ever with the set up! The inn was full the night we stayed. However, we never heard a peep from any other guest all night long. The food was superb and Joanne went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! She was so friendly and outgoing! The Sea Meadow Inn is an absolute gem! Joanne is so kind and friendly- everything you want to feel welcome is waiting for you at this B and B. This was my husband and my first experience to the cape and we felt so comfortable here, the room was absolutely charming and beautiful with it's own private bath across the hall, the dining area was so pretty with stunning views and we met Elsie who makes the most incredible breakfast- the hands down best omelet I ever tasted!

Joanne was also so helpful when we asked her for recommendations for points of interest. There are excellent restaurants nearby and the Cape Cod Natural History Museum, beyond is a breathtaking hike through the marshes to a gorgeous sandy beach. This was a lovely stay and we highly recommend the Sea Meadow Inn!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at the Sea Meadow Inn for our first wedding anniversary. There was so much to love about this place from the delicious breakfast to the cozy, homey feel. We had the best time! The owner was so gracious and helpful -- she gave us some recommendations for areas to check out and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Our stay has been nothing short of amazing. Jo-Ann is extremely hospitable and accommodating. Elsie is warm, pleasant, and will go the extra mile to make sure you feel right at home. Freshly baked snacks in the afternoon on the regular. Highly recommended. Beds are comfy, fans and personal central air control assure you won’t be too hot (which is always a concern for me), and the rooms are furnished very pleasantly. This is a gem on the cape and you should stay here. Quiet, quaint, and pleasant. A wonderful respite from the days activities.

Sea meadow Inn is a GEM!!! From the moment I arrived until I (sadly) left the Inn, everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were large, clean, had a powerful shower-head and nice amenities. The host, Jo-Ann was gracious, accommodating, thoughtful and the perfect innkeeper. You must stay at Sea Meadow when visiting Cape Cod. It is easy and convenient location. I felt so welcomed and will certainly stay here again and again! Book now!!!!

The Sea Meadow Inn is the most charming, New England bed and breakfast. It is a perfect, cozy getaway spot. Our stay included homemade breakfast, freshly brewed coffee, delicious afternoon treats and the kindest staff. Thank you, JoAnn for your Cape Cod hospitality. We will be back!

I highly recommend this B&B. The Innkeepers Debbie and Jennifer are warm and friendly hostesses. The Inn is charming with extremely clean rooms. We chose the Phoebe--with included bathroom. I was given a tour and discovered all the rooms were clean and inviting. Their detached bathrooms are private and just across the hall. I would be thrilled to stay in any of them.

My husband and I appreciated all the attention to detail. The amenities from beach chairs, towels, ice chests, water bottles, and more... allow day trips with ease. From flowers in the room, sitting areas, outside spaces, a welcome box of chocolate, to a kitchen for cooking and storage, we had all the comforts of home.

The food was delicious. They offer a variety of fresh breakfast items along with the main course of scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese, fluffy blueberry pancakes and eggs Benedict. We returned home at night to a welcomed surprise of drinks and homemade cookies. A variety of snacks are available all day.

We are fussy about where we sleep and would highly recommend the Sea Meadow Inn. We met great people and it felt like we were staying with family.

If i could I would give Sea Meadow Inn 10 stars!

We stayed at several Inns on our recent vacation to Cape Cod but this was the most quaint and had the best vibes. Jo Ann was incredibly kind and helpful. The Inn offered the quintessential Cape Cod experience. Breakfast was delicious, especially the blueberry muffins and sweet potato pancakes. Can’t wait to visit again!

We happened to find this inn online when planning a quick getaway. We are new to the NE. We highly recommend this inn to anyone looking for: attention to detail, friendliness but not intrusive, clean!, beautiful, plentiful and amazing breakfasts and snacks, beautiful grounds, private beach just 2-3 min drive from inn.
We planned this trip and booked the inn knowing nothing! And now we are glad we did! Thank you to Debbie , the housecleaning, and food staff for an excellent stay! We hope to come back soon!

JoAnn was amazing! As was her friend (I am so sorry I forgot her name!). They were both fabulous and accommodating and beyond lovely. The B&B was clean, and had so many great details. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Brewster.

Our first time at a bed and breakfast. The staff joanne and elsie made you feel at home. Rooms were huge and sleeping comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, coffee all day, they made home made goods for the guests for afternoon snacks. Property was beautiful. I will definitely be going back when needed.

My husband expressed how much he felt at home but I disagree. My house is not nearly as clean and well maintained. I have no one making me breakfast or leaving me fresh baked snacks at home. There are not nearly as many great things to do near my home. Deb is so welcoming, friendly and wonderful. She can not do enough for you.

Wonderful place! The breakfast was outstanding, the room was comfortable, the bed was AMAZING (!!). Location in the middle of the cape - about an hour drive to provincetown and an hour drive to woods hole if you're taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard
