Just had my first appointment at Hyannis Family Dental! They are all wonderful there from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the receptionist, who is very welcoming. Jessica the hygienist is very friendly and gentle with the care of cleaning. I love the small and personal feel the office has. Dr. Yeh is also very welcoming! I look forward to going back in six months for my cleaning! Thank you all!!

Recently visited this office for dental work. Dr. Yeh and staff are wonderful! They are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to address any concerns. I would definitely recommend this office!

Wonderful dentist and staff!! I have had major restorative work done by Dr. Yeh and could not be happier with the results. He takes the time to explain the options and is a perfectionist. Sue has been my hygienist since my move to the Cape over 9 years ago. She is friendly and thorough and makes sure I follow up on my appointments. Linda the receptionist goes out of her way to work around my schedule and has always fit me in for emergencies as well as keeping up with changes in my insurance. I highly recommend this great team!

Went to see Dr. Yeh for an emergency during right before Christmas. He saw me right away and was very thorough in his investigation into my issue and the follow up plan. He even kept in touch over the holidays as he was curious about how I was doing. Great follow up and care. Everyone else that's part of the practice is great. Linda is always extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

The people here are truly amazing. My husband and I had problems finding our new Dentist Practice on Cape Cod after moving from a different state. It was almost impossible to come across a practice who wanted to take new patients, until we contacted Family Dentistry. Linda was so understanding, helpful and kind, she was able to give us appointments so we could have some issues solved.
My husband had an old crown on a molar put on from our previos dentist back in New York, that crown was giving him pain for years because the dentist would tell him that the reason for the pain was due to a Gum problem, not the crown itself. Here is where Family Dentistry practice change my husband yeas of pain, during his first visit to Dr Yeh and after examination, he assured my husband that the pain he was experiencing has nothings to do with his gum and actually it was a result from the previos crown and proposed to do a new one. He put his trust in Dr Yeh and he was so RIGHT, now he is totally free of pain. Thank you.
Great knowledgeable Doctor, the staff is professional and kind as well. Linda at the front desk is so nice and accommodating, always ready to help, she has done that for my husband and myself as well. Thank you for all for creating a confortable place to go when we need some oral care because going to the dentist is already a little stressful when situations happens.

the human kindness factor here is key - I am a nervous dental patient in the best scenario, and at this visit after staying away from any dental care through COVID i was dealing with an infected tooth that ended up needing root canal referral.

Dr Yeh was kind and professional and quickly assessed the urgency of the condition, writing me a scrip for antibiotic and sending me to a root canal specialist.
As i no longer have dental insurance i was nervous about the cost of the visit but Linda at the front desk was so kind and explained payment options for me and made me feel like it was all going to be alright.
I am so grateful for the way i was treated today, and feel like too often people are willing to take the time to complain when things don't go their way - but not to stop and say thank you for the ways people try to help even when you get less than great news. <3

One word— WOW! I have been going to this practice for over twenty years. I was nervous when Dr. Hill retired because I didn’t think anyone would be good enough to fill his shoes but boy was I wrong!!! Dr. Yeh is incredible. He is patient, caring, friendly, and very informative.

His receptionist is very welcoming and incredibly funny! She is always willing to accommodate my schedule and meet my needs.

Last but not least, Sue is the best dental hygienist in the world! She has taken care of me since I was a little girl and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She is sweet, gentle, and nurturing. Not to mention, her manicure is always flawless.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Hey!

The inevitable finally happened! I broke a tooth away from home.....and my husband is a DENTIST ! Figures! Instead of driving 11 hours home, I called Hyannis Family Dentistry and secured an appointment with Dr. Hey. I had a very positive experience and was so grateful for the wonderful care provided to me. I was impressed with the office overall, including the timeliness of my visit, my care plan, the state of the art dental equipment, and the professionalism of Dr. Hey and his wonderful staff. At no time did I feel nervous or anxious. I did not experience any pain. As the wife of a dentist, it is my pleasure to recommend Dr. Hey and his staff at Hyannis Family Dentistry to anyone seeking emergency or routine dental care on Cape Cod!

If you're looking for a great dentist on Cape Cod, then this is definitely where you want to go. I'm usually anxious when on my way to an appointment, but not here. All the staff members are so welcoming and great at what they do. Dr. Yeh has so much patience throughout the appointments and Linda is always a pleasure to talk to!

I would highly recommend this dentistry office to anyone looking for a high quality experience. Dr. Yeh, Sue, and Linda are phenomenal. They all work together to help you have the best experience possible. I really appreciate how honest and helpful Dr. Yeh and Sue are; always happy to answer my questions. And the reception staff are SO helpful, welcoming, and flexible if you need to change your appointment. I recently finished a series of 8 clear correct invisible braces and am very happy with the results. Dr. Yeh and the entire staff really helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The price was also much lower than other offices, so if you are looking to get invisible braces - This the place!!

Dr. Yeh is the best. We spend summers on Martha's Vineyard where the dentists are always too busy to see emergencies (and, by reputation, not particularly good dentists).

I have had to go off-island twice for dental emergencies and Dr. Yeh has taken care of them, on one day's notice, for a reasonable price. And he's a swell guy besides!

We were patients of Dr. Hill for many years...when he retired, we decided to stay with Dr. Yeh, so glad we did. He is very gentle, caring, professional and we really like his work. He is a very skilled Dentist. Everyone in his office is friendly and happy to accommodate you when you need to come in. Sue our hygienist is great! The best dental experience in my life, I have been to dentist both in the USA and Jamaica and it's the first time I have been comfortable I was all tense up for my cleaning and it went like a breeze thank you Sue you are great. I called the office to see if they were in my insurance network Linda answer the phone she was very nice and helpful and got me in the same afternoon.
I'm so happy I have a hygienist now that I won't be scared to keep my appointment I'm going to see Doc Yeh soon I hope I will feel the same he seems nice though I'm getting my my kids to change their dentist and a coworker. thank you guys you are great.

I had an incredibly enjoyable experience visiting Hyannis Family Dentistry being new to the area. Linda worked very well with me to get all of my documents forwarded over from my previous dentist and schedule my appointments. Sue, my hygienist, provided excellent care through my procedure. Lastly Dr Yeh laid out all of my options clearly for my next steps. I highly recommend HFD!

I'm new to the area and I'm glad I found this office on my search for a new dentist. Linda answered the call and was able to squeeze me in as I was feeling some discomfort. She's a winner as is the entire staff. Dr. Yeh solved my problem and they were able to find a time in their busy schedule to add a cleaning. Dr. Yeh and his staff are professional, communicative and fastidiously organized; very committed to providing the best in patient care. High quality service is our experience here.

I was very leary about changing dentists. However, Dr. Yeh takes dental insurance and my past dentist didn't. It didn't take long for me to trust Dr. Yeh. He's smart, very personable, competent and eager to succeed in his new practice. Everyone in the office is very friendly, professional and competent. Just recently a temporary crown fell off Friday night. I immediately called him and without hesitation he said he'd meet me at his office Saturday morning. He lives 40 miles off-Cape, but there he was bright and early Saturday morning, cheerfully ready to replace the temporary crown. Willing to go the extra mile (literally 40 miles) to do what it took to meet/beat the customer's expectations. So happy I made the switch! I Strongly endorse Hyannis Family Dentistry:-)
