Absolutely, hands down the best dining experience we have ever had. Food was exceptional & service was outstanding. Luz was knowledgeable and sweet. Brandon was knowledgeable in wines and paired our meal perfectly. We ordered an espresso martini at the end & they somehow stenciled our photo onto it with coffee bean powder after asking to take a photo of us. We thought it was for social media- to our delightful surprise it was stenciled onto my martini! A memorable dining experience to celebrate our engagement that we will never forget. Chef Issac & the establishment deserve a Michelin star.

It was our anniversary dinner and the staff made us feel special:). From complimentary champagne to greetings by bane and we'll wishes for our anniversary .

The was presented at just the right intervals to have a conversation flowing and enjoying every course .

Attention to details ...

Definately a place to return to next year :)

Unique dining experience. Jeff the owner, is very personable and was accountable and responsive to our concerns about a reservation glitch on their end and made up for it very well. The food was as good as my best meal in any NYC restaurant and we out often in fine restaurants. The chef makes such delicious meals flavored with amazing sauces and the portions for the tasting menu are larger than most. The grilled octopus was such a. Great medley of tastes and the pork and Japanese wagyu beef were amazing. Great wine selection. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this for a special evening.

My boyfriend and I were in Chatham for the night while on vacation and we are so happy that a friend recommended Cuvée! We had such an amazing time, and I am counting the days until I can go back. The room where we dined was so cozy and intimate. They even had a fireplace that they light in the fall/winter season (perfect for a holiday dinner or date night). The service was so knowledgeable and friendly. The food I could rave on and on about. I loved the octopus. I am usually not a huge fan but the tenderness and flavor of the meat made it one of my favorite dishes that evening. Another delicious runner up was the A5 Wagyu which my boyfriend ordered. The steak literally melted in your mouth. I ordered the lobster which was a great pairing with the steak. The presentation of the s’mores dessert was so beautiful. It tasted exactly like a s’more but in the most sophisticated way. When you get your dessert don’t forget to add on the espresso martini! Thank you Cuvée for an unforgettable dinner!

I have eaten at the finest restaurants in America , and this deserves to be mentioned in the same conversation as French laundry, 11 Madison , per se and aubergine. Impeccable service , classic French preparations of local proteins and farm to table vegetables combined with a capable wine list makes for an amazing dining experience that can’t be matched in New England, if anywhere

This fabulous culinary experience is not to be missed. The chef and staff create a sublime dining experience. The creative combinations of flavors blew us away. Service was also superb. Can't recommend enough.

After looking at different reviews, I was worried Cuvée could be a bit overpriced / disappointing. It was not!

Service was warm and attentive, without being over the top, they offered us an apéritif 🥂 (a mocktail for my pregnant wife), and they directly knew what type of food was compatible with pregnancy (something I’ve been surprised to indicate at other similarly priced restaurants).

The 4-course prix fixe was the perfect amount of food, and each dish was excellent: well balanced and impeccably cooked (yes portions are reasonably small, as they should be in a prix fixe with 4 dishes). I wouldn’t define the dishes are overly creative, this is clearly traditional (French-inspired) cuisine, but nothing wrong there, especially when it’s perfectly mastered.

I am not sure where to begin. This culinary evening has to be the single greatest dining experience we have ever had, and we have had many.
The Restaurant itself is cozy and beautiful (only 10 tables.)
But we weren’t in the restaurant.
No, we were at a high-top table for two in the very small kitchen along with Chef Issac and his staff of 5 enjoying the Chef’s Table.

We were no more than 5 feet away from where they were preparing our 13 course culinary experience.
Each course was exquisitely presented and Chef Issac gave a detailed description of every ingredient, every sauce etc.

The two wait-staff Luz and Elena were present and attentive.
Sommelier Sebastian would bring out the paired wine….. about 2-3 ounces with each course and a thorough description of each wine.

During the entire 4 hour experience we were conversing with Chef, his sous chef Raphael and others. Chef Issac has an amazing team: Raphael, Cameron, Grant, Lewis and pastry chef Whitney.
I have done my best to give you a picture of the evening, but I am afraid that words simply don’t come close to the experience.
I know that we will be back for one of their 4 course or 7 course tasting evenings.

Honestly one of the best meals I've ever had, and I've traveled a lot. There is a prix fix menu which offers 4 courses, with the ability to upgrade for custom wine pairings. It's a small intimate setting with amazing wait staff. If you are coming here choose menu items which do not need to be altered for your consumption. The chef chooses the ingredients for a reason. All the ingredients are freshly sourced and the menu changes frequently.
Even if sitting for a $165 a person meal isn't in the budget, go sit on the patio and order a signature cocktail. Trust me you won't be disappointed. I was the first person to order the Agent 27:07, it was amazing, complex, smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. Felix the bartender and somalie clearly enjoys his work and is incredibly knowledgeable.

What a remarkable and beautiful experience! Impeccable service, creative menu without being weird (which seems to be the latest trend) and so many small surprises, I couldn’t begin to list them all. Can’t wait to return!

We did the 7 course testing and the meal was outstanding. Every dish was great. The meal was certainly on par or exceeding similar Michelin star meals we frequent in NYC. The service was equally impressive. Everyone that came to our table was friendly and professional. Special shoutout to Felix the sommelier, whose energy and passion for wine really accentuated the meal.

How have we lived in Chatham for over 14 years and never found this gem. From the moment we made our reservation,arrival, and departure we were treated like royalty by the manager Michael Noks. It was clear that our comfort and convenience were his first priority. It was one of the coldest nights on Cape Cod but all we felt was the warmth and glow of the fireplace in the dining room. Our server Kristen was flawless from start to finish. Both of them checking in on us frequently to make sure that everything was perfect. And it was. We ordered the hush puppy crabcakes and Hummus as appetizers and they were unlike anything we’ve ever had. The cakes were crunchy on the outside, soft inside and the hummus was just an amazing burst of flavor. Our whole dinner was like that. Thank you so much for a beautiful evening! It was an amazing adventure and we can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely Outstanding!!! The food is an eclectic variety of flavors and an exquisite blend of an overall excellence. The staff offers excellent customer service, and the atmosphere creates an overall experience that is memorable. SPECTACULAR. Cuvée is fine dining in every sense of the word. From the service, to the atmosphere. to the food, everything was perfection. Chef Isaac, Chef Carlos and Pastry Chef Whitney are true examples of persons who are the very best at their craft. The meal started with an amuse-bouche that elegantly prepped the meal, followed by a very well thought-out wine pairing complete with explanations from Rafael with each course. Our server, Luz, left no stone unturned and the owners were graciously visiting every table to make sure the patrons had everything they needed. Service, led by Sherri, moved through the restaurant seamlessly and quietly making the scene intimate and upscale for everyone dining. You will not be disappointed. This is the best meal that we have ever had, we cannot wait to come back!

A combination of deliciously prepared meticulously sourced food with a perfectly trained staff makes this gem of a fine dining restaurant worthy of being discussed among a short list of our favorites and above some with much bigger names. The bill will get your attention but for the entire evening nothing was less than exceptional.

We had a second meal at Cuvee which we shared with two friends.
What a wonderful dining experience. The service manages to be charming, friendly and professional at the same time. The wine list is very good and the room is intimate and chic....but the food! Surprising, beautifully presented and extraordinarily delicious. This is what fine dining is all about.
So glad a restaurant like this exists on the Cape.
