Wonderful place to gain knowledge about varieties of olive oils & infused vinegars. If you’re like me, looking to enhance simple salads and proteins that will make your dinner guest go, ooh ahh- that’s delicious, this is the place to go. These oils/vinegars make great gifts that can be enjoyed year round. You can also order on line too! Go if you’re on Cape Cod. Enjoy the experience. Note: they have GF items, specialty chocolates, maple rum syrups and other gift ideas.

Fantastic store with a varied selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars which make lovely gifts as well as enhance one's own kitchen and cooking. Prices are very much in line with what I've paid in other states. Purchases are placed in bags with tissue and a raffia accent bow so ready for immediate gifting. Love this store!

This place is an absolute "must" if taking a stroll in downtown Chatham. Amazing selection of flavored vinegars and oils. They have a huge selection, many of which of which are slightly sweet and tangy, perfect for salads. You can sample every type of oil and vinegar at your own pace at a pouring station. All of the selections are their own brand. Perfect for gifting as each item comes in various sizes, and they will package them, at no charge, beautifully for gifting. Perfect for a hostess or holiday gift.

Really fun shop - not the kind of place I expected in among all of the usual clothing and gift shops. The staff were really fun to interact with, and answered all of our (many) questions about different oils. We were very happy with our tasty purchases and we'll be back!

LOVE this store & Love that you can sample the products. They have an amazing 18yr old Balsamic Vinegar that tastes like nothing I have ever had. Its amazing. They also have many varieties of flavorful vinegar and infused oils. Prices are decent too. My recommendations would be to try the White Truffle Oil, Chocolate Vinegar, Honey Ginger Vinegar and Lemon Vinegar. But taste all you can. Delicious !!

Just received a fairly large order from online. 4 pairings, 2 bottles lemon/olive oil, and A Taste of Italy (6 small bottles; 3 combo oils, 3 combo balsamics). This order was so well packed, it took me quite a while to open and unpack the box.I have wanted to try Gustare for a long time and am not disappointed. Incredible quality in its oils and vinegars. Also appreciate, as a long time volunteer at WECAN, for Gustare's commitment to WECAN 's mission. Some people on my Christmas list will be very happy with a gift from Gustare. Karen Anne Townsend

Really great selection of oils and vinegars. I am in the same business in California, but I can't wait to drop in again and pickup flavors we don't have. Ask for help...the folks are terrific!

-added onion sweet peppers
-mozzarella sprinkle from sargento
- buffalo mozzarella
- fresh basil
your products are now part of our happy dance cooking at home-
