Great store and very friendly employees! I found some nice clothes and was helped by a few different employees, so I'd highly recommend this J. Crew location!

Olivia was quite helpful in guiding me to the right sizes and necklines for T-shirts and tank tops which varied from style to style.

Super helpful staff. Store is always will organized.

The selection in this location is ok. Obviously not a big store due to its location but it does in a pinch. The people are always professional and courteous but every once in awhile you catch them in a conversation with each other and you feel like you're bothering them. Not a big deal but not what you come to expect from J. Crew

Recent staff changes have made the shopping experience much more enjoyable. The store however does not stock all sizes in all styles forcing online shopping... get it together j crew!

It’s hard to walk into a store and not have anyone try to help you or at least fake some level of friendliness or desire to work, but this J Crew has figured it out. Hard to want to spend money when the staff is indifferent.

They sent me a poison spider (yellow sac spider) in their cardboard box and I got bitten. The box was sent from this location.

I love their clothes, but better do pest controll your warehouse for such an expensive brand. What a shame.
