Sahuaro Ranch Park

We took our great granddaughters here for a day at the park. There are pigeons and pea fowl everywhere. There was an art show. It was a beautiful day.

Wonderful park, relaxing, beautiful birds, pigeons and peacocks especially. Not crowded, friendly people

Beautiful place to take the kids/dogs or picnic. There is a rose bush garden filled with beautiful roses, historic housing on site to look at and as filled with peacocks and a myriad of other animals walking around the park.

Great park. I remember going here when I was a kid and loved it. Now I'm bringing my sons here! Park was updated some time ago. Bathrooms are decent. They have plenty of benches with grills next to them and a huge Ramada area with seating grills and sinks. Always events happening here. Large playgrounds with swings for the kids. Also, about 30 peacocks roam the property. Not a new park but one of the best, in my opinion!

Beautiful and peaceful ranch to walk around and just breathe fresh air outside. Historical buildings to observe and read about. Lovely trail with amazing peacocks roaming the grounds.

The best of this park is when you walk near the library, you see a bunch if wild peacocks. They were courting each other. It was magical! The playground is amazing! The kids played for hours while the moms talked. It is a big park!

Gorgeous large park. Just like every park, there are a few homeless people here- but they are all very friendly - they do not seem to be on drugs and violent like I've seen in most parks. I like that everyone here, including them were peaceful. I talked to them, and they said they are mostly left alone. They try to stay out of the way- and I think that's a good balance. They have nowhere else to go - there's not enough housing, and you don't want them on your front lawn - do you? There's plenty of room for everyone in this park - even the peacocks! The only ridiculous thing is the prices they are charging for the use of the "ramadas." I find it hard to believe anyone ever rents them. Other parks have nice pavilions that are free.

Very neat park filled with history. Definitely need to come back and explore more.

Beautiful park! Went to Ballet under the stars ⭐ and it was very enjoyable. The weather was perfect and most of the people were friendly.

I'm going to start making this place one of my go-to's. I didn't even know this place was here in my 20 years of being practically down the street. It appears the city is doing some revitalizing, but the natural elements are so peaceful. We were only there for a minute, but enjoyed enough to make sure to revisit.

A great place for nature walks. Lots of song birds and wildlife. The rose garden will surprise you with its beautiful colors.

I had a wonderful time at Sahuaro Ranch Park! The peacocks there are stunning with their vibrant feathers. They add a touch of nature's beauty to the park. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

This is a great park to go to with family and friends. There is plenty of space for a picnic or BBQ. There's a playground for the kiddos. You can walk your dogs or take them over to the dog park.
My favorite part is the peacocks. I just love seeing them strut around. There's a fair amount of parking.

Best place to see wildlife and play with the kids and play Pokémon Go! Love the peacocks. Saw some beautiful bunnies.

Very nice and beautiful place. We went on a thanks giving day morning. Not many people were there. It’s huge to walk and you have a lot of options to do at this place with family. It has orange farms and lot of date trees. It’s next to Glendale library. We have lot of peacocks here… overall nice place to spend a half day with family

I did a bridal shower picnic there and i have to say this is officially my new favorite park. It's quite, lots of green grass, great places to take photos and a great location for a luxury picnic. It wasn't crazy busy while we were there and I love that there are peacocks walking around.

One of my favorite parks! If you like to explore this is the park for you. It has your standard playground, ramadas, etc..also has beautiful buildings that are great for taking photos and exploring. The peacocks are really active (and loud!) at dusk which is the perfect time to go after a hot day.

This park, AMAZING! 😍😁 Peacock all roaming around, safe, clean, rose garden -wow! Pretty 🥰, Old farm, ranch equipment for viewing, historical bldgs also. Check open hours!? Get there B4 too hot outside 😅🏠

Loved the park a must go for any type of event . Great for kids . They have a rose garden we saw bunnies and peacocks. Just love it

Nice park! Very clean, well maintained on some areas but an abundance of weeds in other parts. That could also be due to the crazy rains we've been having 🤷🏾‍♀ We didn't see the peacocks on the grounds either coz they were all hiding from the drizzle (before pics were taken) by the library so boooo ☹ love me some cute peacocks so we'll have to come back 😁
