Beautiful, huge, 2 story Barnes and noble. Absolute heaven. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Neat and tidy, will definitely be back to this location, they had a lot of books I normally can't find at other B&N locations.

I went to B&N during a visit to the mall, with my son's family and grandkids, who had upcoming birthdays. In addition to books, they have legos and arts and crafts for sale. My grandkids picked out Lego sets, arts and crafts, and a few books for their birthday. It's nice to still have a brick-and-mortar bookstore tgst also sells other goodies. We all had a great time there.

They were flexible to accommodate our needs. Staff is very friendly. Prompt to answer questions over the phone. Excellent customer service. Fun experience!

One of the nicer Barnes and Nobles I've been to! It made spending a day in the mall good. My kids liked the comic section, and the shelves are super kid-friendly. Also the Starbucks isn't bad either.

I had such a great time with my nephew and Godchild. I love that they have a reading area!

Found 2 Donruss Football Mega Boxes. That was a nice suprize.

Whenever we go on vacation we always find an Irish pub to have lunch at and this place was great! Licr music and great food

Always a delightful experience going to Barnes and Noble in Hyannis. The store is well managed and the staff are friendly. They have a great selection of books, kids toys, gifts, etc.

So great to have the new Barnes and noble in town. The smell of books is so refreshing and the store is really clean.

This store has it ALL. Super employees and a vast array of great books and magazines.
I know. I do not read a lot but do have favorites.
I was helped by several super young people.
Books for my wife. Books for my daughter. Books for my special needs daughter. Magazines for them and son in law!
I had a great time and it was all very reasonable in price!
NO other store can do this..none.

I would like to give a special thank you to Samantha, who helped my daughter, and I pick out a book this evening. We needed a children’s book, presidential biography. We chose John F Kennedy. After checking online that it was in stock, we could not find it at the store.

Samantha was quite kind, went downstairs and found a book in a second. I feel like she went above and beyond this evening. Thank you, Barnes & Noble!
