Absolutely genuine. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The receptionist was friendly. The dental hygienist was friendly and Dr. Warren was cordial and his amazing bedside manner is one that every dentist should strive for. He took time to talk with me and explain about my dental issues as well as the office and staff. Each staff member I encountered today took time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I am excited to continue my dental care with Thompson Dental and I also look forward to moving the rest of my family to the office for their dental care as well.

First time visiting this office for an emergency chipped tooth. I normally don’t leave reviews, but Dr. Warren and the hygienist Becca were superb! They were efficient, personable and took the time to answer my questions and make sure that I was happy with my results before I left. :)

Dr Coleman was terrific. She listened to my concerns and explained things very well. I don't remember her (assistant's) name, but she was great as well.

Dr. Coleman and her staff were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and fun to talk to.

I really enjoyed my dental visit today. The hygienist and dentist were very conversational, welcoming, and professional. No pain with teeth cleaning, the best I've had at this dental office.

I recently had a dental emergency. Thompsons Family Dentistry was able to squeeze me in the next business day and took care of me. They are always very friendly and polite.
My only unpleasant finding was that the emergency happened on Thursday afternoon. I was not aware previously, but Thompsons and every other dentist in Georgetown are closed on Fridays with no emergency services then or over the weekend. So the next business day was on Monday.

The staff was very professional and so very helpful! So glad that they were able to get me in. Very accommodating!

Everyone in this office is awesome! I saw Dr. Warren most recently! He explains everything as he is working on you! I came in on the wrong day and they still got me in! Love this family dentistry!

First time at this dental office after having horrible experiences at a different dental company and we LOVE it. Everyone is so friendly. The office is clean and smells great. Everyone seems happy to be at work and very knowledgeable. They put my kids right at ease and was able to work my daughter in with her brother to get a couple small fillings done. A++++

Over the years I've had several bad experiences with dental offices. When I relocated to Central KY I was looking for a fit that helped ease my mind about even going back to the dentist. Thompson Family & Implant Dentistry is by far the best I've been to! Dr. Kaitlin Everidge makes me feel comfortable and genuinely cares for the patients that she sees. From front desk staff through the back its a wonderful group of people. So glad I found them!

They were extremely patient, kind, & informative in walking me through the process and what my next steps are. My hygienist was fabulous & sweet after telling her I was not a fan of going to the dentist. I will continue to travel to them because no other office has given me such patience! Thank you:-)
