Do not pass up if you are in the market for electronics, etc, etc.
In-store sales types are scarce, just like everywhere else, but be patient, and someone will eventually come to assist you.
Their online site is quite good as well.
I recommend comparing $$$ with Amazon, etc.

Nice place, Good prices and products. Cap Cod Mall is nice too. Now there are Playstation 5 in this store. I like to visit the Home Audio System area , very nice place in this store.

They open at 9:00, not 10. They had the Lively flip phone I needed. Very helpful.

The service here from my point of view has been very good every time I order something and I arrive at the store . The order is ready to pick up.

I went in this evening (mind u there was only 15 mins till closing) because I needed printer ink to print out something important. I looked everywhere n cldnt find it until this nice gentleman with bleached hair came and asked me what I was looking for. He proceeded to look on his phone to see if there were any in stock and there were, there were three, but we couldn’t find them. This kid went through 4 boxes just to find me what I needed, and he found it!!!! With a smile n great personality!! He deserves a raise

Geek squad is honestly very helpful and patient, go out of their way to help. Carries a variety in everything but go pros and cameras. Many many tvs and appliances and I pads. Phones Trac phones and wide variety of brands

Went to make a return. It's a smaller Best Buy but that's not a bad thing in my book. If I want something specific, I can order it from them. To go for service, returns, geek squad, etc, this size was perfect. It was much easier to deal with the store!

The employees at the front directed me to the returns counter and the worker there took care of me easily and quickly. Nice folks!

We met with Tony today to buy 3 TV’s! He was next to fantastic, recommendations and saved us money on what we were going to buy to what he recommended! To get more bang for our buck! If your looking to buy a tv ask for Tony he will take very good care of you!!

Went in looking for a very specific item. Not only was I greeted at the door, a rep took me directly to the area of the store I needed and advised the best option. He tried everything out to be sure it all worked. Easy transaction and I left within 10 minutes with exactly what I needed.

Best Buy at Cape Cod Mall - I have been going there for years, have rarely run into an issue and when I have it has always been solved quickly! And I have asked to speak with the manager on a few occasions over the years. He is always available and always handles situations, which is rare these days! But nothing compares to the superior customer service I received on Christmas Eve over a little but of drama regarding a PS5 that I had ordered for my husband for Christmas, that had not yet arrived! The store manager and the employees that handled the situation were truely wonderful, they probably saw the pure look of terror on my face with the the thought of not having the ps5 on Christmas morning. Thankfully in the end I did walk out with a PS5, and my husband was thrilled Christmas morning! My two sons were not! They wondered why I didn't get them a ps5 as well...

Tyler helped me out today with a gaming PC and he was super chill about it all and very helpful.

Kitchen TV died, saw their website, said they had 1 left. Went and got it, less than $80 dollars. Very happy with purchase

I had an issue with my touch screen stereo in my car. I decided to go to Best Buy. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Tony from the auto installation helped me pick out a new stereo which is way nicer than the one I started with and did a great job with the installation and explaining what was done. Which by the way cost half of what the dealership wanted to charge. During that process, he discovered some faulty wiring that was causing other issues and took care of ALL of it-even though it had nothing to do with the service. He patiently explained what he was doing and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend going here as the customer service was above and beyond expectation!

Selection not as good as it used to be but not bad. You can always order online if you can't find. Staff that there is nice but not enough of it at the moment. The cashier also had to do own price check and assist with a sale for the person in front of me so when I first got there I went to service desk to have rung up because noone was at register and the employee sent me back to register to wait until the other person arrived. That's when I realized they were multitasking. However overall a good place to shop for electronics.

Nice place for all your electronic needs. Service was wonderful. Madison was great with information and helping us find the right computer for are needs. Walked us through the whole process for that as well as other purchases and set us up with good programs and great savings. The geek quad got everything transferred to the new lap top as well as set everything up on it. Definitely recommend this place.
