Body Sense Day Spa

Today was my first time getting any sort of spa treatment. I booked the self care package which included a body scrub, massage, and facial. I was made welcome from the moment I walked in, and very comfortable throughout all of the treatments. The price was great and I left feeling much more relaxed than when have been in a long time. Excellent facial done by Madison. I had a 10-Step Four Layer with Starter Kit. The most relaxing facial I have ever had. Madison is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed having my facial done by her. I will be booking with her again. My skin is glowing.

Excellent experience! Danielle's massage was so relaxing/refreshing while my daughter had a mani/pedi w/Kelly. Eyebrows, facials, aroma therapy and so much more. Both were so nice and accommodating. A definite must, will be back on next vacation, or sooner! 😉

Amazing medical pedicure and foot massage. He spent a half hour on each foot. The best. Definitely worth the deal we got and more. We had the whole place to ourselves. Comfy seats with the tub for your feet. The owner served my partner and I hot chocolates in fun mugs. She explained everything and was very gentle but thorough. Great experience.

I was lucky enough to find this spa while on vacation. My visit with Danielle was even better than I had hoped for. I left, feeling refreshed, renewed, and with improved clarity. She peeled the stress away from me, worked out the knots and I feel so much better. Thank you Danielle, you’re a true professional, and an asset to this community and the Body Sense Day spa.

Went to Body Sense this weekend for a couples massage and we absolutely loved it! The prices are so reasonable, and both of the therapists that worked on us were just amazing. Next time we're down the Cape, we will definitely be back!

Walking in feels like home and no matter what service you are there for you are greeted with a warm hand towel before you are taken to any of there serene rooms. I have enjoyed new treatments and felt comfortable to ask questions and was given my voice in what has been very effective. I highly recommend joining the membership program for the added discount.

I forgot to post this review when we had a couples massage a few month ago for our anniversary. Btw - it was fantastic!!! They added some blue ice gel to my lower back as it was sore. We had a great experience. I believe I had Danielle and she was great. Highly recommend for couple massages!!! Will visit again.

Booked a couples massage with Danielle and Naomi while visiting the Cape. They were wonderful! Spent time asking questions about our health and medical history before getting started and tailored the technique based on what our bodies needed. Best massage I've had to date. Wish we lived closer so we could see them regularly.

I've been going to Body Sense Day Spa for 4 years now. My favorite treatment of all treatments offered is a facial. As a busy innkeeper, Kelly is able to accommodate my crazy schedule and pamper me. I feel like a whole new woman when I walk out of the spa. I highly recommend Body Sense Day Spa to any and all. Kelly and staff are warm and very welcoming. They use top of the line products and the entire place is spotless. Indulge in some well-needed self care. You'll be glad you did.

Kelly is ABSOLUTEY amazing! It was my first time going to her and it had been years since my last time. She was so kind, friendly and professional. But most of all she was so easy going and made it a breeze! We chatted the whole time and before I knew it, she was done! Her office is beautiful and clean. It was 100% comfortable and that's exactly what you want at a spa facility! I will continue to go back every time and I will highly suggest others to go see Kelly also! THANK YOU KELLY!

The spa is small but the services were great. My masseuse Dani was amazing. Her hands are small but mighty. Best massage I’ve had.

My wife and I often treat ourselves to a massage on vacation. We are so glad we found Body Sense Day Spa. We both had excellent treatments with enhanced stretches that we haven’t experienced at spas attached to hotels. We highly recommend Nuh and Danielle; their expertise were felt in a positive way. We will be back!

I highly recommend Body Sense Day Spa! I recently visited the Cape with my two daughters and best friend and scheduled one-hour massages for all. Before deciding on Body Sense, I scoped out a few other spas in the area which I discovered were very sketchy and in dire need of a deep cleaning service. Body Sense was very clean, and both techs were very pleasant and accommodating. Danielle was spot-on with working out the extreme tight shoulder/neck muscles, and all four of us were immensely pleased with the services. Well worth the cost! (which was also within the same price-range as other local spas)

Today I had the best massage. Nuh is very professional and really knows what he is doing. I felt very relaxed, before I was feeling a lot of pain in my whole body, now I feel much better. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the owner is super friendly. I already booked my session for next week.

Small locally owned day spa that provides excellent services. If you’re in the market for a pedicure I recommend the footlogic pedicure, your feet will thank you!
