Yuko-En on the Elkhorn

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene!
My baby(My shizu) & I will return several more times while im here on assignment!

This space was beautiful! Very well kept. We didn't see any koi fish but it's still winter and i don't know how that works if they take them out and put them inside or anything. There were a ton of baby fish in there though. Had nice big grass areas for kids to play or have a picnic. No restrooms so have to plan for that with kids but we really enjoyed it.

This park has gravel pathway for easy walking. There were benches within park. I kind of wish there was more benches around pond area so you can enjoy watching geese swim and koi fish coming up to surface. However, there is one by the edge of the pond.

There were two pretty foot bridges and a zen garden. There were also some statues throughout that were nice to observe. The park has two waterfalls to enjoy. It was definitely a nice place to visit for a short walk!

Beautiful place, I went twice in May 2023 and it was well maintained from my perspective. I wish they'd hide an outhouse somewhere because, as is, if you plan on spending some time there, you'll be doing so without toilet access.

Very nice and well maintained park. My only complaint is that one side of the park borders a very busy street that you can hear. Overall a nice place to spend an hour or two relaxing.

My son adores walking here!! It's beautiful and peaceful with plenty to look at. Clean and quiet! A hidden gem.

If you live in the Lexington area and have a free afternoon I highly recommend a visit. Equal parts nature and culture stepping into this park is like stepping back in time.

Nice place to visit and I am sure will prettier in the spring. We visited the garden in December and we were the only ones. Also Elkhorn river close by with water fall.

Beautiful small park. I believe there was some recent maintenance and it looks great. Perfect for short walks. :)

Really nice park, what we saw wasn't really big so it was perfect for a quick walk and play with the kids. Very pretty.

Beautiful park, no playground equipment. Great place for scenic walks or pictures.

I drive through the area every few months and always stop here. Each season brings something new to see. It is a beautiful and tranquil spot to visit by yourself or for the family.

Our family loves to visit this little garden. Beautiful and interesting quiet little walk.

Lovely place to take a stroll with the family, take the dog for a walk, small fishing, picnic, and relaxation.
