Longhaven Estates

I live here. And must admit that they are very caring and helpful. The manager Christine is willing to work with you in times of hardship. Overall, I recommend that living here is safe and quiet. Well, it's been home for over 2 yrs now. We are under new management and new owners. Things here get better with time and people working together in a positive manner. Everyone here seems pleasant and happy. We have a neighborhood watch which helps also. All in all , I would recommend living here for all seniors! Well , we have gotten another set of managers, and I have to say that they have made some wonderful improvements to the park. Especially enclosing " dog park".

I have lived here for a year now and have seen a beautiful transformation of the fitness center. I am looking forward to visiting the club house. It is refreshing the difference in what paint makes. Please keep up the great work that you are doing. It is greatly appreciated. ❤❤❤❤❤

This place really seems to have it all. I'm not a resident, I'm only a visitor. I could imagine what being a resident here would be like. Great! All kinds of events to participate in. They even have ice cream socials. I don't even know what it is but I'm sure it's great. If I was 55+ I would love to live there.

Longhaven Estates, is a very peaceful estate where a person can settle down and enjoy a friendly staff. Margarita , Angelica and Ivan are professionals in handling all the residents concern. If you are looking for a place where they know your name Longhaven Estates is a place for you.

I'm so happy and grateful to be a resident of longhaven estates there were quick to respond to an issue I had right away. They have been so helpful. I feel safe to know they are on top of security for they go above and beyond to keepi us safe. Thank you! Thank you!

The girl that took my order was very good. She communicated well with all the guest. I enjoyed 2 chicken tacos

Streets are clean,bushes and trees are trimmed neighbors are friendly, management is very caring and understanding and they always have a Saturday breakfast or potluck party but best of all it's quiet and peaceful it,s like an Oasis in the desert.

Now that Douglas is the Manager the place really has improved. He really seem to care about the community and good job with the speed limit signs!! Oh and if you get mad because you get towed for parking on the streets, don't park on the street!!!

It's a nice place for the 55 and older to get a nice trailer and enjoy their time in the park!!!

I own my trailer nice staff never have a problem they are remodeling the weight room library pool room free Wi-Fi

My in-laws live there. We visit occasionally. Can't ding them for too much. The front gate was broken for a bit, but they recently fixed it and added a new keypad.

My Brother's mom lives there, she has been there for over 35yrs. And she's all Italian, so that means great food!! Lol

Very Quiet and pretty safe so far been here for 5 things are cool like I said so far......

Its big. Really big. Home numbers are hard to read at nite and im not sure if the streets make sense or not. But its looks like a nice place with nice homes
