Hilton Garden Inn Lexington/Georgetown

Great breakfast buffet that you pay extra for. There were renovations going on but no noise to disturb us. Friendly front desk.

Always good to stay at Hilton hotels. Garden Inn is very nicely maintained, they have closed swimming pool, gym and very good for family too.

Im here for at least a month and everyone is so nice! It’s a relaxed, sort of ski resort feel in the lobby. The fire pit outside with twinkle lights is a mood setter. Susan in housekeeping is fabulous! The whole team is fantastic! Come stay here, I’m just saying… you won’t be disappointed. Also, so many great restaurants within a couple miles. But the buffet at the Grill, is always a pleaser! One week in… so far, so good! I’ll have another review of the Hilton In Lexington, later.

We stayed last week and had a wonderful experience! Our room was clean and comfortable, even though it is an older property it is well cared for and had meeting space as well! The hot tub was wonderful, and the staff was friendly and took care of our needs! Fred from housekeeping was especially helpful and does a terrific job!!

The staff made my visit so easy and pleasant. I was in a spot late in the evening needing a place to stay for the night when my AC went out in my apartment and getting the reservation and checked in was fast and easy. The rooms are nothing terribly special, but the AC did a great job and the bathroom was very clean with good shower pressure. It was everything I needed it to be!
The drive was a little deceiving, so I imagine I wasn't the first to have to turn around in the Cattleman's parking lot, but it being tucked away in the corner made it a nice and quiet stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The lobby and room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and quiet, too, which is great for a light sleeper like myself. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend staying here! Although, be aware that breakfast is NOT free!

Cattlemans Roadhouse Restaurant next door is so convenient and good food makes stay even better.

The people that were behind the front desk were fantastic! Always smiling, helped me out with what ever I needed. Room was clean and to our liking. Best stay I have had at a hotel in quite awhile.

Polite, helpful front desk made our late check in smooth. The room (double queen) was clean and quiet. We slept very well.

The best hotel experience in the last 2 years (yes I have traveled and stayed in many hotels in that time). The cleaning staff and front desk staff were friendly and courteous. With that said, the sink didn't drain correctly and the inside of the lower shower frame could be cleaned better.
Breakfast was very good both days. My complaint there is no breakfast included. You are charged even for a continental breakfast. And if you purchase one of the other breakfast, and you would like a pastry or muffin from the continental breakfast, they want to charge the full continental $5.99 price and not just an up charge of a $1 or $2!

If a hotel is rated according to the staff, this one hits a home run. All of the staff members were top notch. In spite of some difficulties, they truly went above and beyond for us.

It is a shame they don't have a nicer facility to work with. The carpets have stains, the ottoman in our room was stained, the hot tub was out of order, and fresh paint in the halls and such is really needed. I inspected everything thoroughly, because the overall impression was shabby. I have to say, everything was sparkling clean, just worn. Clearly this is a well cared for facility that could use some freshening. Since cleanliness and customer service is far more important to me, I give this a 5 star review.

The staff have been very pleasant and helpful. The room was set to a good temp and clean upon arrival. The pool and spa were a very welcoming site for my kids. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Definitely somewhere I'd stay again.

Loved this Hotel. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Room was perfect and clean. Front desk ladies were so helpful and gracious. There is also a great little pool and Jacuzzi. The workout room was just what you would need for a quick workout.

Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. The woman who checked us in was informative. Room was comfortable and clean. Hot tub was a refreshing change from most hotel. It was inside as was the swimming pole.

I'm a friendly person so maybe that is reflected to others & they mirror that back.. we requested late arrival as we went to a Reds game on the way(they won! Woo hoo!). When we entered our room the ac was already on so the room was cool. In this age of accepting less than excellence as ok, we don't, the room was clean & cared for. We had a great night stay in a clean & hospitable hotel.

Hotel was clean and room was too. Accommodated my husband who is wheelchair bound right now. My boys loved the pool and the staff was SO above and beyond nice! This hotel experience was so beyond what we expected thank you!!

The check in girls that work late evenings have made it feel like home staying 3 weeks with them. They have made living here for work very enjoyable. Making sure my toddler got a cookie every evening. Besides the ladies the pool and room have been very clean. We stayed one week in a king bed which is good except for having a toddler with us. Missing a bath was hard but the shower was still good.

Excellent customer service and great experience. Stayed here only one night but still stay here again in the future. Has a late check out of noon which was really nice- didn't have to rush ourselves in the morning. Customer service rep during the night shift was kind and very helpful.

This is our second visit to the Hilton Garden Inn Lexington Georgetown. We were not disappointed with the staff or facility.The hotel was convenient to the Kentucky Horse Park, which was our venue that we were visiting for.

We enjoyed something more appealing than a really basic continental breakfast. The omelets and bacon (which wasn't the paper thin stuff of most other hotel buffets) were very good, as was the service of the server that took our order and brought out the food.

We will be happy to return to the same property the next time that we have reason to visit the area.

The staff was amazing!!! The room was nice and spacious for the two of us. There breakfast was AMAZING!!!!! I ordered a salad with grilled chicken from the menu and it was so fresh and the chicken was so juicy. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you for making the last couple of days in Georgetown better for me. The previous hotel was a nightmare.
