Best Western Plus Georgetown Corporate Center Hotel

Great hotel! We come to town fairly frequently and stay here every time, never had a bad experience. The staff are very friendly. They always remember us, even when several months have passed between our stays. Free cookies and popcorn every evening in the lobby. The breakfast is great, and they even have gluten free muffins for my fellow celiacs! Tonia, the breakfast host, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She clearly takes such pride in her work and, as a bonus, is fantastic with my young kids. The pool is clean and this stay there were actually toys to play with in the water (diving rings, beach ball, etc). The rooms are nice.
The housekeeping staff leaves welcoming notes and, sometimes, a fun drawing on the bathroom mirror (currently a puppy dog, to my kids' delight). Such a thoughtful and family friendly place, highly recommend to everyone!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. The lady that checked us in was very sweet, forgot to catch her name, dark complected (Indian maybe?). They serve popcorn and cookies in the evening and we were going down to the pool you could smell the cookies even just outside our top floor room. We went past them trying to get to the pool and the lady that checked us in rushed to tell us more cookies would be out in just a moment. The pool and hot tub were very clean. We slept great, beds very comfy. Then the breakfast was AMAZING! We all ate entirely too much! The breakfast host, I believe her name was Tonia, was unbelievably sweet. Kept checking on us, told us to grab a muffin or fruit for the road and to fill our water bottles up. My little girl was having a whole tantrum when I was getting her breakfast and she got down low and talked to her and made her smile. Such a wonderful crew and stay. We will use this hotel again!!!!

Enjoying every single moment of our stay! The room is very clean and comfortable. We did the jetted tub suite and I highly recommend it. The swimming pool is large(it’s heated but not warm. Maybe luke warm but very enjoyable)The hot tub is hot. The breakfast was fine but more importantly the service from the front desk and the breakfast host was top notch! We will be coming back!

Lobby very clean, checkin was a breeze. The front desk manager greeted me, gave me a members free water, His name was Vee P. Room was very nice and clean. Had a wonderful nights sleep. Very comfortable bed. Next morning went and ate a nice hot breakfast. Plenty of choices-eggs, biscuit and gravy, with sausage. I had plenty of other breakfast items to choose from. Tables and floor very clean attendant was busy checking to refilling, greeting, making sure if we had need of anything. Her name was Tonya. Breakfast bar had waffles, fruits, yogurt, condiments, cereals, very well organized. My wife and I have stayed at this Best Western several times a year. We will be back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everyone here was so nice and friendly. The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel and the pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Rooms were average. Price was fair.

Superior staff! Very welcoming and friendly. My room was very clean. Everything worked well, but I couldn't figure out the room coffee maker. No worries, though, with coffee available in the breakfast room early in the morning. They offered free cookies and popcorn from 6-8 pm. I will stay there again if I am in the area.

Great value, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

For $85/room, you can't beat the location. It is right off I-75, so it is a perfect location if you need to stop for the night.

My company operates 22 Fleet maintenance and repair facilities in 10 states, as Director of Accounts I travel often. I stay in a lot of hotels and my expectations of what my stay will be like are weighed by my experiences. The old saying, "You get what you pay for" does not apply in the hotel industry. The Best Western Plus here in Georgetown KY on my travel app cost me $69 for a king room and had an 8.3 customer review rating. It has earned that rating honestly.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the curb appeal is comforting. The staff are wonderful people and the place is spotlessly clean from the lobby to the rooms.

I have learned the saying, "You get what you pay for" doesn't apply to the hotel industry. I've stayed in expensive, top-chain hotels and been completely disappointed in the whole experience. One piece of the hotel industry where you find the greatest divide is the "free continental breakfast". If it's your first stay at a hotel you never know what the continental breakfast will be. It's a craps shoot.

However, the breakfast here at this Best Western Plus in Georgetown, KY was one of the best I've ever had. Real food made fresh and an amazing variety. I was very pleased and impressed.

The excellent breakfast experience I'm sure lies with the hostess Tonia, she greets you with a cheerful good morning, lets you know what's on the food bar, and takes care of you while you are having your meal. She deserves to be acknowledged for her excellent food prep and service.

Don't hesitate to stay here if you're in the Lexington/Georgetown KY area. You won't be disappointed.

We came to see the ark encounter and this was a reasonable priced hotel but I was worried that it wouldn't be nice like a Hampton Inn but it was great. Very clean rooms and so was the entire hotel. The breakfast was the usual but Tanya makes it amazing. She is so sweet, she seems to really love her job, always greeting everyone who enters her area. Will stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Great hotel and amenities everything works in the room and around property. Amazing hot breakfast real food and very pleasant breakfast Lady Tanya. Feels safe and secure, we had nice and quiet night no body didn’t wake us up with noise. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great pool, staff, and continental breakfast. If I didn't look around, I would have thought it was a restaurant. Clean rooms and didn't have to wait at the counter for service.

The staff was amazing. They were there to help. The rooms were wonderful. And the complementary breakfast was great.

Best hotel that I have stayed at so far in Georgetown KY. I stayed here with my wife last night. The room was clean and modern with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. I have stay at a more expensive neighbor hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) and this place is nicer in every way!
1) The breakfast was hot and well managed whereas the other hotel we had to pay for basically the same food.
2) The room was clean and did not have broken furniture as the Hilton did.
3) The room rate was fair and much less than the Hilton for better accommodations!
I highly recommend this hotel over the local competitors.

This best western was great!!! Clean rooms, great courteous staff, especially Tonya the breakfast staff. She went above and beyond!! She welcomed you, told you everything they served and where it’s at. She was constantly cleaning and adding fresh food. She was kind caring and courteous the whole time!! Reasonably priced and good location and kid friendly!! We would come back here if traveling this way again!

Came in town to visit my mother. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Tonya in the breakfast area was wonderful. She really made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great stay!

Great on and off US75. Very friendly breakfast host. Room was clean and very comfortable.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night in a single kind room with a jacuzzi tub. They have a indoor heated pool and a hot tub. 24 hour gym. And full breakfast from 6-9. We didn't eat breakfast there though. We went down the road to Cracker Barrel so we could sleep in a bit. We are dinner at Cattleman's Roadhouse walking distance to the hotel and it was delicious. Definitely will stay again if we come back. We want to visit some other local restaurants and ice cream parlors near by. We also went to Chocomania less than 10 minutes from the hotel and got homemade candy and desserts.

Bacon, potatoes and eggs for breakfast. Clean comfortable bed and room. We love staying here.

The staff make staying there so amazing. Truly some GEMS working there. Don't pass this place up!
