Best Western Central City

Has a great stay here. Great for the hole family. Large clean rooms. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend staying here. And a great hot breakfast too.

Great hotel in Central City. I have stayed multiple times on business and have been pleased each time. The rooms were always super clean and the staff very friendly.

Jenn, the manager is exceptionally helpful. If she recommends a place to check out, trust her 100%. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and it is in a good location. I don’t remember her name, but the staff is so friendly that the more senior lady that cleans up after breakfast, folded our clothes after I forgot them in the dryer over night.

On a recent business trip stayed at various hotels over a three week period. Stayed at this Best Western for 3 nights. Hands down the BEST stay of our entire business travels. Kind, professional, courteous staff. Every employee was extremely hard working and helpful. Tara in housekeeping was amazing!! Mrs Shirley over the breakfast bar, sweetest most personable breakfast attendant. And the breakfast itself was incredible every single day. Biscuits and gravy, scrambles eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, pastries, fruit, you name it, it was available and delicious. Couldn't ask for a better staff or better stay!

Had to give five star to this hotel. Family members came over for baby shower from everywhere and we booked 9 rooms for them at this hotel. They had great experience, everyone was really happy with their rooms, they all said really good things about staying at this hotel. Staff was great, morning breakfast was delicious. We must say that we are so glad to choose this hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Everybody was so helpful! We ended up staying 3 nights due to my husband's surgery. The sweet manager(dark hair, purple streak) even made sure to make it work staying in the same room, as he was to lay still as much as possible. Shirley, upstairs at the breakfast bar, was very kind and attentive. I could tell she has a good heart. Like I said, EVERYBODY, too many names, made an unexpected stay so much easier. We will return, when in the area. Very clean and orderly go a long way with me, and it exceeded my expectations! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Katyln and Karen and all of the staff went above and beyond to get us a room for the night. We were traveling through to another state in early November 2022 and stopped very late at night. There was only one room left and it was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is always kind and accommodating and helpful; Miss Angela at the front desk is great, and so are Jackie and Brandy! The beds are a little hard for my taste, but otherwise rooms are clean and comfortable; it's nice having a fridge and microwave in the room also, and they serve a good breakfast with eggs and bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal and waffles, plus some other extras. The warm cookies in the evening are a nice touch! The pool and work out room are nice, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Best place to stay in Central City in my opinion!

Greatest Breakfast bar I have ever seen. Had waffles, oatmeal, eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits and gravy. there were also danish, yogurt, fresh juice and fruit. Beds slept great, very comfortable. Room very clean. Had ac issue in first room but within minutes, they switched us to a room that was across hall. I will stay here on my next visit to Kentucky.

Great friendly staff, clean rooms, nice variety of a hearty breakfast! My family had fun in the nice small size pool while I enjoyed the exercise bike in the tiny excercise room. Not much to it but enough when your just passing through. Thank you for the awesome service, we enjoyed it very much!

Room was very nice. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. Tara was very nice and helped me with breakfast. I definitely will stay again.

The staff at the Best Western in Central City makes staying here extra special. From the moment you check in they treat you like family. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. They have a very clean and neatly kept breakfast area with a good varity of hot and cold items to choose from, an indoor pool, and small exercise room. Each and every stay is a wonderful experience!

The rooms were very clean and the bed/pillows were exceedingly comfortable. The room looked recently renovated and had a flat screen TV as well both microwave and mini-fridge. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

I have been staying at this Best Western 2 nights a week for over a year and regardless of who is working at the front desk I am always warmly welcomed by their friendly professional staff. They make me feel right at home and go out of their way to make sure that my stay is pleasant. I am thankful to stay at a hotel where the staff sincerely cares about the quality of my stay.
