Customer service was great! Jenni helped us find the best cellular plan for our family. She was super helpful and had lots of deals and was very informative.

My daughter & I were both very pleased with the Central City, Ky At&t store. We were attended to within 5 minutes. We both got new phones & everything was explained. We were also told that if we had any problems all we had to do is come in. At&t Central City will be our store for future purchases rather than the At&t in Madisonville, Ky which was horrible

Went into the AT&T store in Central City to buy my wife a new I Pad Pro. Jennie help us with all we need and she was awesome.

Was absolutely excellent? I have been in here several several times and I have never had such excellent service the entire time that we have been coming in.

Store is great, dropped my phone in the lake and Nick was very helpful, was able to recover all of my contacts and photos and be able to get back to work in under an hour. I was thoroughly impressed by the youthful group.

She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable at what she does. She went out of her way to help me and my family. Fastest in and out of a phone store when getting a new device I've ever experienced. Bri Richardson was the sales associate. She was phenomenal. Took care of business, got the transfer done seamlessly, introduced new features to me. Perfect experience!

Bre does an amazing job at the store. She helps everyone she can and is very friendly. She is always telling about what sells are occurring at the store and encourages people to come in with any questions.
