Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Central City, KY

Don’t normally go to walk in clinics but my primary doc was out all week and my wife made me go. I liked doing the check in on my phone that was different. Waited about 40 minutes which was not bad since there were three people ahead of me. Liked my provider Brittney she listened to me and was very informative and answered my questions, most providers want to get you in and push you through but she took her time and was concerned about my illness which made me feel better about coming here. If I did not have a provider I would make her mine really liked her and her professionalism. Thank you Brittney

Very happy with my experience. It was easy to check in and I was seen quickly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs quick and efficient medical care.

Staff is always SO kind. I hate Going to the doctor but everyone at fast pace makes the experience much easier. I always appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

I have never been treated with more respect and compassion. The provider was so caring and so patient with me, and her student was as well. I will always be thankful for their care and we need more providers like this. Thank you guys for your awesome service!

Crystal Ward is the best Family Practitioner we have ever had. She has a wonderful bedside manor and is wonderful with all ages.

Dana is hands down the BEST provider! My youngest son is terrified of doctors, but she has a calming way to her that makes him feel comfortable! We loved her! She took great care of both of my boys!

I love this place! I had gotten into some poison oak, and it was bad on both arms. I called them late Friday evening to see if they could give me a shot for it. They said they could give me a steroid shot. So I went there, and they gave me a shot with 2 different types of steroids in it. By Tuesday, you can’t even tell that I had it. All the gals down there were very nice. And I was in & out in bout 30 minutes…maybe less. I will def use Fast Pace in the future.

Central City Fast Pace Health is one of the most professional Urgent Care's around. The care is top notch! The only concern I have is wait time. There seems to be times when you will wait for extended periods of time with no apparent reason. That being said, it's always clean and the staff is always friendly.

My first time setting up an appointment online (not really an appointment, it just puts you in front of the others that are there or show up, at the time you have reserved) and it was actually very easy, helpful, and convenient too. All you have to do is go to the Fast Pace website and click on schedule appointment. It's supper easy and you don't have to talk to anyone!! For my visit, I felt like I was in and out of there in no time!

They were very nice and patient with my granddaughter who was there for a strep test.

My dad has been seen twice at this location. He suffers from mental disabilities, and it was quickly recognized by all staff. They treated him with respect and dignity from the minute we hit the door to the time we left. Recently, my dad was placed in Hospice care for cancer. The staff at this location made him feel welcome, cared about, and they listened to all his shenanigans and played around with him like a kid. They made him feel important and heard. He had them laughing, and he enjoyed his quick visits cutting up with this amazing staff. Truly appreciate the kid gloves they used to handle my dad on both occasions.
