Brianna was awesome from start to finish! She was always professional, flexible, punctual, & accessible.

Our home needed a major remodel. We separated it into Phase 1 & 2; they were about 6 mos apart.

We ordered all our LVP flooring for Ph1 & 2 so it came from the same lot. FCI accommodated us by holding our Ph2 flooring in their warehouse until we were ready for it! That was HUGE since we had no place to store it.

Cody, our installer, did a very nice job around our stand alone fireplace edges & caps on our new stairs.

Their pricing was not the cheapest, but it was fair.

I would use FCI again in a heartbeat. Their service was impeccable!

Krista and floor coverings international was so easy to work with and got the job done quickly. Krista came to our home twice with samples to help us find the perfect carpet. She really helped us see the overall picture with each choice we considered. After ordering we got our carpet in about 2 weeks. Install was done in one day! Such a difference new carpet can make. Can't wait to work with them again for the bedroom carpets!

Our house was built in 1995 and had the same tile floor for 28 years. Needless to say the tiles were cracked and chipped, making our floor look dirty not to mention the grout.

Melanie, Brianna, Kim, and Crystal made our project seamless, but not without some issues explained later. The choice in product and colors made decision making easy. Cody, did an excellent job of installing our Luxury Vinyl with very litte disruption of our life. All the planks were installed before Christmas. Cody was to come back to put back the baseboards but broke his wrist over the holiday. FCI sent two men who were not experienced in finishing work. It took longer than it should have to finally finish the job but it is...and WE ARE SO HAAPY with our new floors. Our friends ar amazed at how our home looks.

This company is the BEST. Krista the owner and Delila in charge of the Bullhead City AZ area went above & beyond to help us. We had an over 8,000 gallon water flood in our brand new home. I can't say enough good things about these 2. Just amazing. Cody & David came to do all the work of installing and entire house with new flooring & carpet. These guys were awesome. It was a lot of hard work since the prior floor had to be removed due to water damage. For the first time I was totally comfortable dealing with a contractor. These people were kind, funny, friendly, understanding and a joy to have in our home. They did a fabulous job and we are so happy with the work they did. Excellent experience from start to finish! The entire staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Brianna brought the mobile showroom to our home and helped us choose the perfect tile. Wyatt and his instillation crew took their time to make sure the instillation went smooth. Their attention to detail and pride in workmanship made the finished project look amazing. The team was great at communicating the progress every day and made sure to inform us of any issues they encountered. I highly recommend this company!

Since buying our house here in Kingman 6 months ago, one of our major complaints has been the hideous carpeting. It was time-consuming to clean, and was just unstylish. We were interested in installing laminate wood flooring so we contacted their representative Brianna. She was great and very professional ! Together, we pick out the materials and she placed it on order. Several weeks later she scheduled the installation. It was a great experience all the way around. Brianna showed up with the crew, and in just a little over a day, the work was complete. What a great job! You can’t go wrong in hiring their services.
