Dr. Croley is assiduous and selfless. There might be times where the appointments can be behind, but this is only because Dr. Croley cares about his patients. If you have a problem, then he wants to solve it and he will take time out of his personal life to help you with emergencies. Additionally, the staff here are phenomenal and will reach out to you if you forget to set up an appointment. This practice has helped me understand myself a bit better and make huge life improvements with the help of some medication.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Croley for over ten years. He’s very knowledgeable and, while a bit dry, genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve had him call me after hours when I’ve had a problem with my mental health more times than I can count. He’s never given up on me, and I’m a difficult case. He does run behind when it comes to appointments, but it’s because he takes time with you to figure out the best way you can be helped. The staff is friendly as well.

Dr. Croley is great. I’ve been seeing him for years. He always listens and is a problem solver. Yes sometimes it takes some effort to get a call to the office answered. But I’ll take having to put in the effort sometimes for his care. I’ve never had a problem scheduling appointments since I always book them about 3 months out.

Dr. Croley is great! To the patient that complained she had to wait 2 hours after her appointment time to see him, it may be because he does take his time with his patients, he listens and addresses every concern. That maybe the reason for the wait, however I haven’t had to wait for him, but I would because he’s the best there is in my honest opinion.

Professional, Excellent Doctor & staff. Very comfortable setting, where you can be assured that you will be treated with the care and expertise that is so important in the medical/mental health fields, and truly treated as an individual, fairly, honestly, and with empathy and kindness; while addressing your medical issues or concerns with the highest standards of professional medicine.

Dr Crowley is wonderful.

Expensive, unhelpful, dishonest, and rude! First of all, we were forced to do a virtual session instead of in person for my son. For these sessions they charged by 15 minute increments. When we connected to the virtual call, Dr. Croley (not us) had technology issues that ended up costing us the first few minutes of our call and caused us to go over time. Rather than doing the RIGHT THING, he charged us for a 30 minute block which was hundreds of dollars more. I tried to talk to the staff about it and they were rude about and said that he took that into consideration, which he did not. Combined with the fact that there was nothing productive that came out of these sessions, we have and never will go back. Look elsewhere.

I have been in healthcare for 44 years and I have never experienced the most blaring negligence and follow through by his office staff. No follow up, inability to recall phone conversations, repetitive mishandling of disability request, no intraoffice coordination. I feel administrative individuals are a key part of supporting a patients outcome and they have failed miserably. Coupled with that I feel Dr Croley negligent in family members rehabilitive recovery which resulted in a profound deterioration of her mental, emotional and functional capacity. Currently looking elsewhere for quality care. Do not waste your time or money in seeking care at this practice

Terrible staff. This place does not get back in touch with their patients. They don’t even know how to run an office, let alone answer their phone. Blonde lady at the front desk doesn’t know how to pick up a phone. It shouldn’t be this hard to run a business professionally!!! DO NOT GO THERE. Terrible place!!!!!!
