The Cold Haan Outlet is very nice. The sales associates are very helpful while still giving you space to browse and try on shoes. The shoes are quality and the pricing at the outlet is good. I found the perfect shoes I was seeking. I also spied some other shoes I will probably return for!

I went there the last weekend of January and the customer service was great. I forget the names of the gentleman who helped me pick out shoes and the very nice lady who checked me out but I had a very good shopping experience. I went in for 1 pair and left with 4 the gentleman was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back.

Jerry helped me out tons, was extremely helpful but let me do my own thing. He Eventually found exactly what I was looking for in the right size and color on the clearance rack so I walked away with some great boots at a good deal. I’ll definitely be back, it’s high quality stuff in a clean and lively store

Great Service from the Manager Jerry. Very knowledgeable about the shoes and coats. Based on Jerry's recommendation's I ended up buying several pairs of shoes, boots, tennis shoes and nice coat. The staff was well trained and really go that extra mile to make sure all of your questions are answered. If they didn't have what I wanted in my size they would order and ship to me for the same sale price !! I highly recommend you visit this particular Cole Haan Outlet store.

the customer service from the staff at this store is amazing. I had the pleasure of being greeted by I believe Diona or Piona (philipino Lady) She told me the sale in progress. The manager Madison was excellent and very instrumental in getting me a size that they didn't have from another store.

Very good sale on zero grand shoes. Have been wanting to pull the trigger on buying a pair to improve my everyday work shoe game. With the help of an associate, I found a very comfortable pair of size 13's (I wear a 14, but Cole Haan shoes RUN A SIZE SMALLER). There was also a 60% off sale. Will definitely be back for more.
