What a fantastic first experience! Sadie was amazing at listening to what I wanted and helping me translate that into something that worked well for me. The entire team at the salon was incredibly friendly, and I love the lofty, modern, and bright space. I got one of the best colors/cuts I've ever had...at a great price.

I had been looking for a good stylist since
I moved to Phoenix a few years ago to no avail… until a friend recommended Sadie at Union Hair. She is so good and professional, the friendly staff, the whole place is awesome!! My hair looks great!

I’ve searched forrverrrrr to find a salon I can commit to as my permanent place. I mean forever. My mom was an amazing hairstylist and the only one to touch my hair my entire life. Needless to say I’m very picky since losing her years ago. I also feel I have challenging hair to deal with. It takes an expert. I’ve had so many bad experiences with stylists who just don’t have the experience and extensive training and talent that I was used to. Well…. The search is finally over. I went in on Valentine’s Day to treat myself to new hair so I could feel good when going out that night. And W O W!!!! Sadie and Ronaldo have my hair looking better than it has in years. Not only did I leave feeling “good”, I left feeling absolutely beautiful and it’s been awhile since I’ve felt like that. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t been disappointed or found anything wrong with my hair. Sometimes you leave a salon happy but later realize your hair is damaged your cut is not so great. Nope. Not at Union Hair Co. My hair looks and feels as good as it did when I left the salon. My blonde is beautifully vibrant and has zero damage (thank you, Sadie) and my cut is absolute perfection as well (thank you Ronaldo). I know my mom is looking down smiling proudly that her baby girl found someone (well two people!) that knows what they’re doing!!! Thank you both sooooo much! You’ve given me a confidence in myself that has been missing for a long time. People underestimate the difference hair makes in how you look and feel. Also, I must add I didn’t have sticker shock or buyer’s remorse after paying. The price was really reasonable and a great value. I actually had money left over to buy their in-house products they make themselves- which I might add are also amazing and a great value for the price. Added bonus: they let me know they had them but there was zero pressure to buy anything, unlike most salons. One more thing- I was in and out faster than I imagined. Not that they didn’t take their time (I wasn’t rushed or anything), but because they truly know what they’re doing, whereas other places I’ve been took up my whole day trying to get my hair right. Oh- and the shampoo girl gave the most relaxing treatment when washing my color out. I nearly fell asleep…. Ultimately , as you can tell, I’m beyond satisfied in every way possible. I wish I could give ⭐ 10 ⭐ stars!!! (The photos simply do not capture how beautiful it looks in person but posting anyways)

Ronaldo and Sadie are the best. Ronaldo has been cutting my hair for at least two years and I can't imagine letting anyone else do it. A+

This is a great salon! It was recommended to me but a neighbor and I gave it a shot. I’m so thankful for the recommendation. I’ve been going to Sadie for over a year now and am so happy with my hair every time. She is great with color and has a very good understanding of hair, what will work with different textures and thickness. She is fantastic!
The Salon itself is very calming and posh at the same time, but not pretentious. It’s always very clean and the products they use are high end. It is a nice escape from the busy world we live in. I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

Sadie and Reynaldo are both caring and professional hair stylists. Their SASSOON skills make it worthwhile for me to drive 2 1/2 hours for my hair care for over 15 years.
Sadie knows how cut and color my hair to complement the shape of my face and considers the lifestyle for a quick blow dry and style. Their salon is posh and their staff are amazing.
Sassoon styling is an almost lost art. Hope they continue to pass their techniques to their protege. We need more hairstylists with this rare skill.

Sadie & Ronaldo are the best! I've been a loyal fan of theirs for a decade and everyone I've sent their way has left as happy as I always do. They do a great job, whether it's doing what you have in mind specifically, or if you let them do their own thing without a solid idea of what you want. They also have a fabulous product line, and have curated a fun and chic environment in the salon. Highly recommend!

Loved the color and cut! So easy to style with just a little product and blow dryer. I like to wear it down or half up sometimes and the stylist cut is so it looks great either way with some tendrils hanging down. Absolutely love and will return!

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a while now and always saw this place on central but never made the time to stop in until today. Boy was I missing out! Had an appointment with Ronaldo and this might be the best haircut I’ve ever had; everyone was so friendly and the decor was so modern; can’t imagine going anywhere else now! Thanks so much!

This is a salon of professionalism and excellence. I am so happy to finally say I have found my life long hair dresser, Sadie. She has turned my failure of boxed brown hair into something I can smile at every time I look in the mirror. The house product created by Sadie has helped my hair recover like no other. When you walk into this business it really looks like it should be a fashion square based location! They have a separate room for coffee, tea, and snacks. Reynaldo & his team are truly genius! The time they take to find out what you want, to perfect the look, and to make sure your happy is INCREDIBLE. The price SHOULD be higher for the service they provide but they keep the price community capable. I love Unions hair co.!

What an amazing salon! I came into the salon desperately needing a change. From the front desk to the assistants to both of the stylists that I saw, my experience was fantastic. Ronaldo & Sadie really know how to wow their clientele. Sadie was my colorist and she was absolutely amazing. She took her time and really perfected my color. Coming in, my hair was damaged and brassy but leaving Sadie's chair my hair felt brightened and healthy with the exact color and tone I requested. Ronaldo cut my hair and I absolutely love It! He took time to discuss hairstyles that complemented my face and fit my lifestyle and recommended a brilliant cut. It is one of the best cuts I have ever received! Both Ronaldo & Sadie were incredible professionals that took their time and really perfected everything. I will definitely be returning!

Thank God for Union Hair! I cannot believe I have a salon that could compete with any high-end salon in New York, London, or Paris within walking distance of my home! Sadie helped craft a luxurious, dimensional hair color that I can afford to keep up and a stylish haircut that looks good with my version of “hair styling”, AKA air drying. As a nurse I try to find the balance in value and luxury and Union Hair fits the bill! It is a relaxing, renewing experience with exceptional service and a price that can’t be beat.
