This store is well organized, clean & inviting! It was also not super busy for a Saturday. We didn't have to fight through the isels nor did we feel rushed to have to quickly look and move on like some of the other Ross stores around town, Which made shopping here very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.

Nice Ross store. On a Wednesday afternoon it's about as quiet as it can get. The selection changes so much you can't guess what they'll have at any given time, you just have to go in and look around. You can dress pretty good for not much money if ya look for the deals at this place!

This store always has a nice variety of items that are much less than a big box retail store. You are sure to find something each and every time.

Enjoy going to this Ross to just look around. I wear women's plus size, there isn't a very big selection (especially pants) compared to the other sizes, but that is typical in most stores. I love their low prices. This store is organized, neat and roomy. 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't have as many shoes as at Christown mall, but I do like this store much better otherwise.
In the meantime they have redone the store and everything is in a different place than before. They do seem to have more shoes now.

My favorite Ross store, actually the only one I go to anymore. It's cleaner and more organized than the other locations I've been to before.
When my credit card company sent me a replacement card after the security this past winter, I shredded my old card same day. When I went to make a return I realized my haste. I gathered a few shreds of my old card to make my case at the store. I was immediately assisted by a manager who understood and allowed me to get a store return slip and then placed the refund on my new card. ABOVE & BEYOND!

About five (5) shopping cart were stuck together at the entrance of the store, which was initially a challenge for me to get them unstuck, but I had to give up in favor of getting the shopping done that I was there fore; therefore,
I grabbed the next closest cart that was available, wouldn't you know, it was one of those carts with a bad bearing on the wheel or something along those lines, but fortunately it provided a little resistance for my Mom who was more than happy to push that miserable cart because she said, it was her idea to go shopping, so I didn't complain and I didn't say anything to her about the cart wheel issue. It was a successful trip and we got everything we went there for, and my Mom got a little exercise pushing that damaged cart, which I thought she would complain about, but it didn't even phase her. LOL!!!
