Every Hour Fitness

I attend zumba classes here through shake senorita. The workout room is very nice but is kind of small. The gym itself is spectacular. The machines are always in working order and are always clean. Each locker room has a sauna. Oh, and there is a water massage bed too, y'all! I love it.

This is the best gym around because they give you a key fob and you can workout or hit the sauna anytime you want at any hour😊 Hints the name!!!

Crystal Frazier is amazing . She’s friendly and great for any advice or questions you have. It’s a great atmosphere for any level. She’s definitely helped the gym be a better place to workout.

I love the convenience of the hours and location.. also clean, fully equipped and even offers fitness classes and personal training by the best! 💪🏼🙌🏼
