AT&T Store

Alisha May came right to me as soon as I came to the door and asked, very pleasantly, if you could help me. I was there to change my plan, purchase a new phone and trade in my old one. Alisha was AMAZING! She walked me through everything, helped me get a better plan, set up my phone and helped me choose accessories. She is absolutely the kindest and most helpful person I have dealt with in a business in a long time. The store was very busy and the other support people were working very hard to help everyone. It was a great experience. KUDOS to Alisha!

Had the pleasure of working with a woman named Sarah at this location, and she was absolutely wonderful! Super attentive and answered all of my questions without hesitation and did everything she could to make my visit great! She was really wonderful! One of the best experiences I’ve had in this store!

Whoever the guy was that helped us was awesome!!! I usually hate upgrading because they try n get to buy anything and everything even if u don’t need it. He did tell us the specials but wasn’t pushy about it. I wish all salesman was like this!!! Got our daughter a phone and even saved $ on unlimited!!! Very happy costumer!!

I recently set up phone service at this store. I ended up not being able to stay with their service on a fluke, and so spent a lot of time trying to return/cancel the service and stop my number from being ported in. Each of the three people that I worked with (Chandler, Chris?, and Kenton) were extremely kind, helpful, and easy to work with, in spite of the challenges I was presenting them with. Definitely outstanding customer service at this location!! Wish I could have used their service to be able to continue working with such great representatives!

Great experience working with AT&T when I got my children their phones for Christmas 🎄 🙂...granted AT&T doesn't have the best cell phone coverage in rural areas. The Pikeville AT&T store has great employees, I was very pleased with the service they provided.

The store manager, Elizabeth, was amazing. We had actually set up our business account at another store (An authorized retailer) and they had screwed up our bill and had put the wrong address for us to receive our bill. Elizabeth immediately got the bill corrected and updated our information so that we would receive our bill at the right address and in the correct amount. AT&T has a winner in their manager, Elizabeth Green!

I always have a great experience when shopping there. They were very polite and helpful. Always recommend this location.

I really like how friendly and helpful the workers where they all helped each other if one didnt know something and pretty decent with prices. I only wish service was a little better in certain areas in Williamson their is no service until you get to Logan. if your coming from pikeville to Williamson you lose signal around foodcity other than that service is good.

Chase needs a raise. Hands down the best customer assistance I have had. Possibly the nicest person I have encountered.

Very pleasant experience. JimBob was very informative and patient with us. He helped us find the right phones for us and was not pushy at all. Lord knows he went above and beyond.

Always a great experience with my Att store in pikeville Kentucky. Wonderful people, positive attitudes, awesome help, and very speedy service.

Walked in with my company information, left with an enterprise plan. Staff was very friendly and helpful, despite it being very busy.
Coverage in Eastern Kentucky sucks, but they are int he midst of a large scale buildout in the region. They just delivered a shelter and sectors to the site right down the road from me. In a short bit, they'll have signal covering East Point, Auxier, and the Hospital.
Once AT&T gets the coverage resolved, I'll move all my other lines over.

Great place to get service from even though it’s spotty in some areas, the price is low and the salespeople actually help you get what you’re aiming for. Like I said the coverage area may not be in every cave, hollow, or dungeon. But everything else makes up for it!

Very helpful, quick and easy. Love the fact that he didn't try to sale me anything extra. Quick and convenient.
