Recently my wife, Missie West, and I purchased a couch and loveseat from here and we can’t say enough good things about Home Furniture!
So, we had an idea of what we were looking for and we always knew we were going to purchase from Home Furniture but we of course looked around with their competitors incase we found something there we ask Home Furniture to get for us.

But the superstore chain furniture was a nightmare! The salespeople relentlessly hounded us from the moment we walked in and REFUSED to leave us alone so we could just look around, even after we politely asked them to.

With Home Furniture on the other hand, from the moment we walked into the store the salesperson was genuinely friendly asked us a couple of questions told us if we needed anything to let them know and then left us alone to take our time and look. It was such a relief to not be constantly hounded with questions or the constant insistence that we look at furniture THEY wanted us to look at.

There was absolutely no up pitching with Home Furniture when we told them what we wanted. They answered all of my countless questions and put me at ease about the frame structure with data but most importantly, their own experiences.

The furniture arrived within days and the guys who delivered it to us did an amazing job! We have hardwood floors and they, without us even asking, took precautionary steps to ensure there were no scratches made to our floors.

We will never buy furniture from any other place. Home Furniture is our store.

Over the years my wife & I have purchased a lot of furniture. Home Furniture was the best company we’ve ever dealt with. Tiffany and Devan were absolutely great. They were both so friendly & very professional. The men who delivered our furniture were too. It’s the first time we’ve ever had furniture delivered where they took such care with our purchase. Home Furniture treats you like family & they take care of your furniture like it was theirs. We couldn’t ask for anything more! We will definitely do business with them in the future.

I enjoy shopping at home furniture. I have gotten most of my home decoration here. The quality is great. This is the only place I do shop at when I buy larger items for my home because I have never had an issue and they are easy to work with you. The staff is reliable and very helpful! Everyone is always so nice and a phone call away if I ever need anything! Just today I went in and got a beautiful couch! Thanks Rocky, ladies and the moving guys! You guys are the best!

Service was very kind, had a pretty good selection of furniture. Was a little more pricey, but they keep a decent stock on hand to buy. Service was very friendly and helpful.

I shopped at Home Furniture in Prestonsburg today and it was such an enjoyable experience. The customer service provided by Rocky made it easy for me to find and purchase a Sofa, Recliner, Washer/Dryer and Mattress. I would recommend you shop there first. Wish I had it would have saved me a lot of time and travel. Just so glad I went there before I purchased anything. Bought what I needed at a great price.

One of the best places around. The girls in the office are some of the sweetest. I am so blessed to have them so close to my home. If i need anything payment wise, all i have to do is make a call and they help me. If you need affordable dependable furniture, please check them out.

One of the sales people is always there to greet u as you come in. They asked if u need assistance. Willing to help you get what u want financed if possible. Always let you know when there is a sale, either by mail or calling. The merchandise is dependable

love the friendly service. the easy methods of payments, all the furniture and appliances are beautiful and the easy walkthrough to see everything. what I love the most is they have an online gallery where you can see whats in their warehouse if you cant find what you want on the floor that is awesome and they will help you find what you want they don't make you feel unimportant you are treated well by these workers theres no one there that treats you like you have to wait for their service instead they cant wait to help you this is such a great change because most stores could care less if you need their help and don't care if you buy or not these ladies make it their mission to do all they can for you and if you have kids they make sure they feel welcome too my daughter cant wait to go back again Thanks Home Furniture of Prestonsburg, Ky for making us feel welcome and assuring we got the best treatment That counts for so much these days
